— immune to the cold - like many other fae in the winter court, the cold does not bother her one bit. she could literally go out in a tshirt and wouldnt feel a single thing. good thing though, chances are she'd freeze to death in her court if she wasn't immune.
— night vision - no matter how dark it is, june is always there to guide you the way as she can still see perfectly fine in the dark.
— ice manipulation and creation - can control the ice around her if she wants to, can also create ice with her bare hands. it's unknown how strong she is and doesn't reveal her full potential. she's been training for actual ages ofcourse, so she must be quite skilled..

— juniper is almost as cold as the temperature in her court. she is really not one of the most welcoming people at all, she's not a warm, caring and loving person. not anymore anyways. the can still show her affection in other ways though. when you first meet her, there's a very big chance you don't like her. she'll most likely be rude, cold and distant towards you. she has a huge wall around her, or ice block if you will, and its very hard to melt your way through. if you somehow manage to convince her to trust you, maybe even like you a little, good job. she has some serious trust issues. people have hurt her quite a lot in the past almost sixhundred years, and she figured it would just be better to let no one in and trust nobody, that would save her loads of trouble. even if she does show some sort of liking towards you, she'll stay very reserved and calm. excitment and joy are not really words in her dictionary. she's not romantic either. while she once dreamed of a snowy prince to swipe her right of her feet, those days are long gone. after so many decades of not finding her mate, she's given up. no love for her. maybe she's just unlovable after all. so there's trully not point to let anyone else close to her if it's just gonna be for nothing in the end. she can be really manipulative if she wants to. if people are not there to be nice to her, atleast they can be of good use, no?

𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗
— after centuries of being together, junipers parents finally decided they wanted a child. just one though. the high fae couple had loved their lives without any responsibilities, but felt the need to share their love with just one more person, and so juniper came along. she grew up in a very highly ranked family. her uncle had been the general of the high lord, which made sure she and her family would be set for ages. she grew up knowing nothing but love. while they had it good, very good, she was never too spoiled. her father always made sure to appreciate the things they had and that she had to work for whatever she wanted. her parents were a true image of two loving mates who were going to spend their lifes together, forever. juniper always desired this for herself one day. and at some point she thought she did. there was this young man, a human even, who caught her eye. while she did not know what a mate felt like, she was certain this was not it. despite that, she craved the romantical attention and did actually catch feelings for him. but some years went by, and the man got sick. and like most humans do, they die at one point or another. and there juniper was, left heartbroken and alone. she had not found her mate, but even her love couldn't stay with her. not too long after that, her mother was murdered, and no killer was ever found. her father turned insane after it happened, never spoke to anyone, either that or was incredibly rude to anyone who dare speak to him. even juniper wasn't allowed to say a word. about thirty years went by, and the man ended his own life. juniper turned as cold as he did. her own love had passed away, both her parents were gone now and all because of their so called love. how could that ever be a good thing? maybe she didn't mind not finding the one for her after all, it wasn't worth it.

𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦
— her powers. she has had almost 600 years to learn and control them, so obviously she can by now. and i will tell you, shes not afraid to use them at all.
— manipulation. due to her calm and cold nature, some people may find her looking trustworthy and she is quite convincing when she wants to be, making it quite easy for her to manipulate others into a lottt of thins
— staying calm in stressful situation. she is not the one to panic when things get a little scary and will most likely just keep her head cool, depending on the situation theyre in ofcourse
— horse back riding. it's not only one of the favorite things to do, but she's a very skilled rider.

𝗔𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗖

𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥
— juniper, the ones hopeless romantic, has completely given up on love. she doesn't think it's real anymore, or worth it anyways. or maybe she doesnt deserve it. does she even want it? nah, not anymore. its a continuous battle she has with herself, but she ultimately doesn't see the point
— her fathers behavior is definitely the number one reason she's this closed off. if he can behave that way after such a loss, there's no reason she can't do the exact same thing.
— she's still one of the most highest ranked fae in the winter court. not only does she have great control over her powers, but her family has done a lot for the court and its well being. she's very well known around here.
— she currently own seven horses, all as white as snow. she loves them dearly and tried to ride almost any moment she has left to spare
