violet has always been someone who tries to lighten up the room wherever she goes and always tries to maintain a positive attitude. she's the type of person who always thinks of her glass as half full instead of half empty. she's optimistical, and sometimes maybe even a little too much. she tries to see the bright side of things but also the good in people. but we all know, that not everyone is just simply as good as she hopes them to be. she's quite naive and tends to trust people quite easily and is blind to red flags. when people are nice to her and act like they just want to help, how bad can they trully be right? she doesnt see the problem with that. she has a bright spirit, always wants to help people and sucks at saying no honestly. she has loads and loads of energy, is always trying to keep herself busy one way or another so she doesnt get bored and makes herself feel useful. she hates it when people are in a bad mood, and will always try to brighten your day by cracking a joke or giving a compliment to make you smile. while aelia is the one to think before she does, violet is the complete opposite of her. she tends to do before she properly thinks it through which has definitely gotten her into trouble more than once. while violet trully seems like a happy and joyful young lady on the outside, theres more that goes on on the inside. after being stuck in the same place for pretty much your entire life, you too would get tired of it. violet isnt exactly happy with staying inside. she longs to see the world out there and desperetly wishes she could leave the grounds. she struggles with those feelings a lot, but also knows that theres just not a lot that can be done about it. violet also struggles with being a little too honest sometimes. while she almost never means it in a bad way, she tends to sometimes blurt out her thoughts before thinking how it could come across to someone else. but by the time she does, the damage has usually already been done. same with keeping secrets.. shes not the best at that honestly. usually she just gets too excited about something and the secret she was supposed to keep already slips out of her mouth. only when something is extremely serious and its for someone she trully trusts with her life and cares for, she'll be able to keep your secret, but i would still be careful if i were you.

nineteen years ago, rapunzel gave birth to a little baby girl, violet. rapunzel was happy for a little while, now having a son and a daughter. the family felt complete and happy, but that was until
the war came ofcourse. desperate to keep her children alive, rapunzel managed to get them to the kingdom where they would hopefully be save, but died in the progress of doing so, making both the children orphans. after that, violet and her brother got seperated, and both being too young to remember anything, they never found their way back to eachother.

violet got taken in by the castle staff, them taking care of her the best they could and raising her to one day become part of the staff. she has honestly always been close to most of the staff members, especially the ones taking most care of her as a kid. her life seemed pretty normal to her. she had a roof over her head, people she cared about and a future. a pretty happy and normal life.

that was until her abilities started to show. it started simple, someone had burned their hand and she had taken care of it. but they started to show up more often, healing even bigger scratches and cuts, and she didn't even really realize what she was doing, as she was still a kid. it was brought to the attention of the head staff and royals, and that's where her short lasted freedom ended. at the age of six, violet was forbidden to leave the castle grounds under any circumstances, basically making her a captive as this was definitely against her will. now, her abilities are just a rumour to the people who never saw it themselves, but she's not allowed to talk about them all that much.

over the years, the girl had learned to live with it and is used to staying inside all the time. she enjoys her job as a chambermaid and has made some good friends around the castle, even making a friend who's somewhat in the same situation as her. while she desperately wishes to leave and explore more outside of the familiar walls, she doesn't see it happening any time soon.

𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦.
— violet has healing abilities which she can use by simply touching another person. she's not sure what to think about them honestly, cause she does think of her ability as valuable but it also keeps her locked inside the castle

𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗟𝗘.
— she's a member of the staff as a chambermaid so the person who makes the beds and all that.

𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥.
— violet was named after the flower. due to her mothers background, the woman decided she wanted to give her daughter a floral name in honor of the the flower that gave her her own powers, and so she became violet. same for her middle name, which is also a flower. the staff only knew her name because it was embroidered on a blanket she brought with her.
— the knight is her older brother, but due to them both being too young to remember anything, they're not aware that they are siblings.
— literally has two million hobbies. she likes to try out all sort of new things but also can't stay focused on something for too long. very busy girl honestly
— has probably only got a haircut once when she was a child, but screamed bloody murder when they did. she hates people touching her hair for some reason, and has just been growing it out ever since, making her hair quite long
