𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬.
while maverick has never trully met his parents, or doesn't remember them atleast, he is trully a child of his father. a true case of "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree". when he was a bit younger, he used to be more serious like his mother had been, not /as/ serious as her, but a little. but after everything that happened between him and the diversion, maverick learned that being serious brought him absolutely nothing in life and started to care less and less about that. he has always been immature though. mave is a sucker for games and is always making jokes and pranking people whenever he has the opportunity to do so. why be serious and take so many responsibilities like their leaders have done, when you can have fun and actually enjoy what life has to offer? he's gonna die sooner or later, and he'd rather enjoy it as much as he can before it happens. he's not afraid of a lot of things, but responsibilities definitely do the trick. maverick is a sucker for dangerous activities and as much adventure as he can get. he loves to try out new things and will never back off when given a challenge. even when it seems impossible, he will literally make it his mission to prove you wrong and indeed succeed. while he's quite immature and doesn't take thing as serious as he should, when it comes down to his friends.. you better hide. he's incredibly loyal and would do pretty much anything for them to keep them from getting hurt. call him brave, call him reckless, but he would go through fire for them. maverick never has the intention to hurt anyone. the only thing he wants is to amuse others and have fun, but never at the cost of someone else. he's quite considerate, more than you might think, and would never want to hurt anyone. he can however be a bit cocky and arrogant. he's quite full of himself, but how can you not be with the amazing sense of humor he has? ofcourse he should think he's awesome! trully has a wild imagination that literally goes anywhere. he can come up with the most crazy and unrealistic stories at the camp fires and always manages to think outside of the box when plans need to be made.

𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬
maverick, the now grown young man who was born to the man who forever wanted to stay a child, peter pan and his girlfriend at the time. and just like pretty much every other child at the camp, that's all he knows about his life before being raised by the fairies, and perhaps all he will ever know about his father.

peter and his girlfriend had been absolutely thrilled when they found out they were going to be parents to a little boy. while peter did not care for the responsibilities that came with it and just wanted to be a friend to his child, the woman was more than happy to be a mother and take care of the little boy. a perfect mix you might think. unfortunately though, all of this happiness only lasted for so long. because when the queen attacked, it all ended for them. the couple, wanting their son to hopefully be safe, send them off to the safe haven that would supposedly be provided for them. but just like all the other bandits, maverick never made it there, and peter and his girlfriend didn't survive.

maverick grew up with the other bandits at the camp, being locked out from the kingdom and having to take care of themselves. mave has always been the one to provide some laughter at the camp though, and has always just wanted to be friends with everyone he knew and have fun while still, ofcourse, surviving.

one of the people he met there, was the diversion. they hit it off, like really well. like all the others, they had ofcourse been childhood friends. but there had been something more between them. and again, that lasted for while. but even that happiness didn't last when the diversion decided to end things, which he till this day still doesn't understand. it has definitely been a factor in him becomimg even less serious about things though

𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦.
— he possesses the power of mist. this basically means he can change whatever people see and make them think they see something he wants them to see. he definitely uses these abilities an awful lot
— he has fare magic, which he uses to trick the people he wants to and gave him his role in the group.

𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘 𝗔𝗦 𝗔 𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗧.
— as his role suggests, the is the trickster of the bandits. and so, he tricks whoever comes in their path and who they need something from.

𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥.
— maverick is an extremely talented musician, in two instruments specifically. the guitar, and the flute. the guitar is something he made himself in the woods, the flute is one of the only thing he has left from his father. can play pretty much anything by ear and probably wouldnt have much trouble learning how to play another instrument either if he had access to it.
— the other thing mave still has from his father, and mother, is a letter they wrote to him before they shipped him off. hence why he knows who his parents were and what his name was and all those things. no one is allowed to even come near the letter, trully one of his most important possessions.
