"Come on James!" I shouted, Remus closely behind
"Sirius Black! GET BACK HERE!" Juliet called after us
The sun was hot on my back as may came to a close and June crept in.
Juliet was not as fast as us Marauders, we had loads of practice running from people.
As we closed in on the lake, ready to plunge in, the area around the dock turned to ice.
I turned around angrily and found Juliet running towards me, a smirk of triumph on her face.
She jumped into my arms and announced "I win"
I rolled my eyes at her, although I was certainly proud of her determination"you cheated, that's not how tag works""You guys are children" Lily commented, striding towards us
"Maybe we are, what's so wrong with that? Frankly I don't want to grow up" I told her defensively, letting Juliet down and crossing my arms.
"And that's why you can never have kids because you don't know how to be an authority figure" Juliet told me, her finger bopped my nose before she started to walk away, leaving me flustered with how I should feel about that
"That is not true!" I shouted after her.
"Yes it is Dog-Star and you know it, you don't have a authoritative bone in your body"
James and Remus were laughing, so naturally I ran after Juliet and wrapped my arm around her
"You know, I'm pretty sure girlfriends aren't supposed to say things like that to their boyfriends" I reminded her, really just happy with the simple fact that Juliet Crescent was my girlfriend
"Well lucky for us, we never do things we're supposed to do"
That was definitely true.
I laughed, "and that is why I love you Juliet Crescent" She smiled widely and turned to me, planting a soft kiss on my lips, but before she could pull away, my hand was snaked around her neck and I whispered in her ear "I can be authoritative"
She giggled
"Must you make everything dirty?" She asked playfully"Yes." I responded happily
"Well then, you must try harder than that" she told me, a smirk peaking through her vibrantly painted lips."Gladly" I responded

Together, Sirius and I laid in his bed, our limbs tangled together in perfect harmony. I breathed heavily, he did the same, as if neither of us would never get enough air as long as the other lived.
"Sirius" I muttered, breaking the beautiful silence.
"Yes?"
"How do you feel about sleepovers"
"With you? Bloody amazing" he responded enthusiastically.
I turned over, straddling him, my hands rubbing his shoulders
"Not just me" I told him, even though I knew immediately where his stupidly devious mind would go"Oh?" He said, a smirk appearing on his face
"Sirius! I meant with our friends."
His head tilted the way a dogs does when it's confused, which made me smile.
"The astronomy tower, it's free on fridays and well, I think before school ends we should all go up there, for one last hurrah." I said, my voice becoming quieter, I didn't really want to think about the year ending, but it was happening whether I liked it or not.
