Chapter 8 - What!?!? Home again!?!?!?!? IT'S AMAZING!!!!!

I wake up with Jerome still asleep, with an arm over my waist. Trying not to wake him up I scoot away and try to move his arm but his grip strengthens instead. I roll my eyes and whisper in Jerome's ear "Let go". He pulls me even closer and says "Nope" I laugh and try and wiggle my way out of his arms. When I finally escape he opens his eyes and pouts, I just roll my eyes and grab my hairbrush.

I get dressed in the bathroom, a white tee shirt and a black vest along with some jeans. After I come out, Jerome is sitting dressed in the chair at the desk. He's recording an episode of something by himself. To not disturb him I brush my hair and pull it back in a messy bun, after I sit on the edge of the bed going through my newly created social media.

I didn't realize Jerome was done so when he jumps on top of me I drop my phone. He laughs and I sigh angrily "Jerome!" I say obviously mad at him. He just continues to laugh. I shake my head I grab the keys to the rental and race out the door saying "Let's see if you can make it to my house without a car. I run down to the car with him following behind.

When I make it to the car Jerome catches up and hops in the passenger side. I drive us to my parents house, since it was Sunday my parents wanted to go out to breakfast together. We arrive and I knock on the door, Sharon opens it with a smile. "Hey, ready to go?" she asks I smile and nod "We're just waiting on you". We walk inside and we see my parents on the couch. Alex runs in from down the hall.

He smiles and says "Can we go to I Hop?" my parents sigh and my mom says "Alright" he smiles and we all go out to the cars. Me, Jerome and Alex in the Rental and My parents and Sharon in my mom's car. On the car ride there I had to put in some, "child appropriate" music because Alex was in the car I put in my Snow Patrol CD. Me and Jerome were in the front and Alex was in the back.

When we were about half way there Chasing Cars came on and I found myself singing along softly. Alex looked at me with wide eyes and said "You sing?" I smile and say "Yeah, this is one I used to listen to when I sang quietly in my room." he smiles and says "What do you normally sing now a days?" he asks. I smile to myself "A band that you can not listen to" I say. He frowns and says "But why not!" I laugh "Let's just say all of their albums have a warning because of false language" I say. He sighs and gives up.

We pull into the parking lot and I see my mom pull in behind us. I park and we go inside, when we finally get a table we sit. Me between Jerome and Alex on one side and Sharon between my parents on the other. We order and get our drinks as we eat my dad asks "Where are you living?" I smile and say "Like I said before I'm living in Montreal but I'm living in an apartment with my friend Jane." he nods.

My mom smiles and says "Do you have a job?" I nod and say "Yeah I'm working at a Vans store, I bought my own round trip and I'm paying my half of the rent" she nods. We finish eating and we drive back to the house, when at around 10 my parents have to go to some meeting for work so I have to watch my siblings. When they told me that I thought 'Great, second day back and I'm already expected to be the babysitter'

Jerome had to go to the apartment to edit so I had to take Alex and Sharon with us. When we get there Jerome starts editing and Sharon sits on the bed on her phone. I have nothing to do so I go and grab my book and Alex is watching Jerome like editing isn't the most boring thing ever. I start reading and before I know it Sharon is poking me and saying "Lets go do something" I sigh and close my book.

I look at her and frown "Like what?" I ask, she shrugs and says "I don't know, go see a movie?" I nod. "Jerome" I say I'm his direction, he looks up and says "I'm almost done give me a sec." I roll my eyes and sigh. I get a text from Sharon and it says 'You guys would make a really good couple' I roll my eyes at her and Jerome stands up from his desk "What did you need?"

"Let's go to the movies me and Sharon are bored!" i say exaggerating the d. He groans in the same fashion "Fine" stretching out the e. He grabs the car keys at me. I look over at Sharon, her birthday is in a few months a so, "Do you have your permit?" I ask her. She nods. I toss her the keys "Your driving" I say. She basically jumps up and down in excitement, we head out and get in the rental.

When we get there we look at what's showing, Alex says "I wanna go to Big Hero 6, mom and dad won't take me" I frown and so does Sharon "I wanna see Into The Woods" she says. I smile and say "I want to see that one too" Jerome looks at all three of us, and sighs "You guys can go to your movie, I'll take Alex to his movie."

I smile and we go buy our tickets, I buy me and Sharon a medium popcorn and a medium drink each. We go to the theater and wait through the previews. After the movies we throw away our trash and go to the food court, in about 15 minutes Jerome and Alex come in. Me and Sharon are singing the songs from the movie and laughing. Jerome walks over first and says "If I didn't know you you guys would look like two best friends." we smile.

We eat lunch then head back to the house, in about half an hour my parents get home and they look happy to see their children safe. My mom looks out of breath "What?" I ask her. She smiles and says "No offense but I thought you might have Sharon get a tattoo or a piercing" I laugh but on the inside I'm frowning.

At around 5 we all go out to dinner and I reveal when I'm leaving. "I have a flight booked for Tuesday at 10, we paid for 3 nights at the hotel" I say. Alex frowns and so does Sharon but my parents look almost relieved. "This can't happen again soon though, It took me a quite a few months to save up for this, Jade and Mitch our friends back home are helping to pay for the hotel." I say.

Alex and Sharon both look sad, and he says "But we have school tomorrow and Tuesday" I smile and say "I know but if I was going to come I decided to make sure we had the weekend" he sighs. After dinner me and Jerome go back to the hotel and they go home. At the hotel Jerome gets a Skype from Mitch, I awnser it and there's him smiling back at me. I smile and say "Hi Mitch, what's up?" popping the p.

He smiles and says "Jane's friend got here and wants to meet you" I nod and he leaves the seat, a girl with curly blonde hair and blue eyes sits down. She smiles sweetly then says "Hi I'm Brianna, stay away from Jerome" I frown at the last part. Oh well "We're just friends" I say she smiles and says "Good, is he there?" I nod and stand up. I jump on the bed and push Jerome off. He groans and goes to the computer after taking his earbuds out.

After he finishes we both get ready for bed and he posts a video while I watch TV later we go to bed. I scoot as far from Jerome as humanly possible without falling out of the bed and refuse to move closer to him. He finally grabs my waist and pulls me over to him wraping his arms around it. I don't struggle and fall asleep in his embrace.
