Meredith had gotten her eating under control and Stop inflicting her self harm. She finally found a way to mourn over Alex's death and cope in a safe way.
Both Meredith and Cristina had returned to their normal jobs with no conflicts. Meredith Grey is a thriving General attending and has 2 children with Derek, one on the way. As you can tell they made up and are living quite happily.
Cristina is an Outstanding Cardio thoracic surgeon. She married a man, James Gilling, who is happy to fitful her needs and wants similar things she does.
Owen was disappointed after losing Cristina who he deeply loved, but it just wasn't working out. He re- married as well to a beautiful woman, Olivia Baker, now Hunt, who want to have children and create a loving family with him.
All of them are doing well and thriving in the Careers, as well as their love life. The twisted sisters have decided to learn from the past rather than conceal it. Both are happy, well nourished and harm free.

Yes I know. This is not how I wanted the story to end BUT do not freight! I plan on either re making it with more detail and making it longer or just creating a sequel. Don't give up hope on this story.
I really didn't know where it was going and I just need a break, I've been very stressed lately. But I plan to continue it some time in the future. I still plan on continuing my other story, "the way things work" which I actually love and I have a few more coming in the way.
