I walk up to liz, holding her face in my hand, making sure she doesn't have and injuries from him. "Liz, are you alright? Did he do anything to you? Did he hurt you?" She slowly melts into my hand.
"I'm ok Amanda. I promise."
"good." I turn back to Chase. "Why are you here?" I grab his shirt, pulling him towards my face.
"I've changed , I promise."

"I missed you too." I kissed the top of her head. She looked up at me, smiling at me. I leaned down, connecting our lips. This feels right.
