hwanwoong's jaw dropped open, his eyes widened. he couldn't believe the words he just heard out of keonhee's mouth and blinked a few times before actually saying something.
"you WHAT?"
keonhee hid his face in his hands for a second, tears welling up in his eyes. once hwanwoong saw that, he immediately jumped over to the sofa and dropped down next to keonhee.
"why are you crying? did something bad happen while... or because... you know?" the blond male had a hard time wording what he wanted to say but once he heard keonhee chuckle his heart lightened a bit.
"no, i'm just overwhelmed." he explained while wiping the corners of his eyes, a small laugh escaping hwanwoong's lips as he watched his friend having a hard time controlling his emotions. he didn't know why but he felt like keonhee needed a hug so that's what he did, he hugged the taller male and decided to get up after to get his friend some water which he gladly accepted.
"now tell me... how did that happen?" hwanwoong asked and keonhee sighed in response before putting the glass of water on the table in front of them.
"you know how today is his parent's death anniversary? i went over to check up on him and he was in a pretty bad state. i mean, he was crying and when did you ever see seoho cry?"
hwanwoong immediately started to feel bad and guilt formed up in his chest. "crap, i totally forgot about that. is he better now?"
"i... i think so. he was sleeping when i left."
"but how did you two end up sleeping with each other?" hwanwoong blurted out and keonhee blushed at the recall of memories, scratching the back of his neck while trying to push the thoughts aside. the dark haired male knew from the moment he had entered his friend's apartment he had to explain but the question still caught him off guard. he cleared his throat and turned to the side so he was fully facing hwanwoong who eagerly waited for his friend's response.
"he asked for it. i mean not in that way but... he asked me if i could distract him." he explained, hwanwoong just nodding.
"so then you distracted him?"
"yeah..." keonhee laughed and hid his face again and the blond male couldn't help but giggle at his friend's reaction. the dark haired male was clearly getting embarrassed but curiosity got the best of hwanwoong so he proceeded to ask another question.
"how was it?" he half-whispered, keonhee's eye widening at that question.
"woong!" he gasped and hit his friend's shoulder who only laughed at his reaction. "it doesn't matter because it was just a favor so no need to talk about it, okay?"
hwanwoong raised an eyebrow and nodded, his eyes squinting as keonhee's leg started to bounce nervously. "just a favor, huh?"
"just a favor." keonhee repeated the blond male's words and lowkey hoped he would let it go now but hwanwoong wasn't finished yet.
"so you didn't enjoy it?" he asked, devilishly smiling at keonhee who blushed a bright shade of pink at the question.
"yah! let me ask you a question. if youngjo would ask you for a favor like this, would you not enjoy it?" he snapped and crossed his arms, cheeks still dusted with the rosy color. hwanwoong sighed at the question and then fiddled with his fingers.
"god... i would." he answered, ears slowly becoming red at the scenario popping up in his head which he thankfully pushed away again a few seconds later.
"there you have the answer." the taller said, eyebrows still furrowed. hwanwoong laughed and a few seconds later keonhee joined in with a laugh too.
