Daisy POV

We walked into what must have been Mr. L's lab, with wires strung about, pipes showing, and the smell of metal, making you just want to grab something and start tinkering.

Mr. L must have been overwhelmed from the return to his lab. Every time we passed an unfinished robot, he'd reach for it, as if he wanted to build, then shake his head and continued on through the lab.

We walked up to a huge machine with a circular platform with a gray pokeball symbol on it. He told his Pokémon, Nior, and my Pokémon, Eevee, to step onto the platform. Eevee hesitated, but then she stepped on.

Mr. L flipped a switch that I didn't notice was there.

The machine whirred to life, and Mr. L sat into a wheeled desk chair and pushed himself to a control panel, pushing a bunch of buttons and flipping a lot of switches.

Mr. L banged on the panel if it stalled. He must be really smart to do all of this stuff in the lab!

Mr. L: Come on, you big rusty bucket! Work!

I giggled at his outburst, making him blush. He then looked at me and sighed.

Mr. L: Sorry, I'm going to have to fix this thing, which might take a while. I also have to go out and catch a Pikachu. I'm really sorry about this!

Mr. L dashed out the door, but he stumbled on his feet. I decided to play with Nior and Eevee while he was gone, so then I wasn't bored. After I was done playing with them, I decided to explore the lab. I found multiple scrolls and texts in a strange language that I didn't understand, but then I found some old blue prints. When I examined them, I gasped.

It was a design for a BroBot, that looked almost exactly like Mario.
