The boys and I, well Charlie, Knox, and I were listening by the door, Todd and Meeks were doing their own thing.
Once Mr. Perry left, the three of us popped out.
"Why doesn't he let you do what you want?" Charlie asked.
"Yeah Neil. Tell him off. Couldn't get any worse." Knox said.
"Oh that's rich. Like you guys tell your parents off?" Neil looked at us.
"Mr Future Lawyer and Mr Future Banker? And what do your parents do?" Neil asked.
"Dad is a very successful. And my mom owns her own fashion company. And my step dad is a doctor." I replied.
"Okay so I don't like it any more than you do."
"Well just don't tell me how to talk to my father. You guys are the same way." Neil said.
"All right all right. Jesus." Meeks came out.
"So what are you gonna do then?" I asked.
"What I have to do. Drop the annual." I gave him a look.
"I wouldn't lose much sleep over it... It's just a bunch of jerks trying to impress Nolan." Charlie said.
"I don't care. I don't give a damn about any of it." Neil said but none of us believed him.
"Well uh... Latin 8:00 in my room?" Meeks asked.
"Yes." Neil said pushing us to get into his dorm.
"That sounds okay."
"Todd, Allison, you two are welcome to join us." Meeks told us.
"Yeah come along." Knox told us.
"Thanks." Todd said.
The boys left, leaving, Todd, Neil and me along.
"Well, I should get back to my dorm before someone thinks I ran off to London again." I stood up.
"But you did run off to London." Todd replied.
