it was your third year in high school , your final year.
you and your best friends , Mirio Tamaki and Nejire were known as the big Four.
all of you were receiving many offers from many pro heros to work with them after high school , but you were very undecided. with hell becoming your domain and you being a pro hero , you didn't know how to balance it out just yet.
This led to you being stressed and stress isn't good for your quirk. your quirk works solely off of your emotions , so the more emotion you have the more powerful it gets.
in UA , you and your classmates began training for the final you were about to take. It was two weeks away but it felt like 2 days to you.
As you were slipping your costume on , you felt as if something was very off. like something was about to happen. you ended up shaking it off and going to meet with the rest of your classmates to begin training.
N (Nejire)~ hey y/n , are you good? you seem a little shaken up
M (Mirio)~ yeah you seem like you've been spooooookeeddddddd.
T (Tamaki) ~ Mirio, this isn't the time for jokes , you okay ?
" yeah in fine guys , I'm just a little stressed is all" you said reassuring them , knowing it was more to the story
N~ " well if anything , you know my arms are always open for you"
"mmmmmmm, someone must like me , huh?"
N~ " I meannnnnn you are my wife soo like 😏"
M~ "are you guys really being gay right now , in front of me and Tamaki.? howwwwww rude" Mirio said crossing his arms like a baby.
"oh hush , you dumbasses probably like it anyway".
Everyone laughed it off as your teacher began telling you who you were going to train with. unfortunately you didn't get paired up with any of your best friends.
instead you got paired up with this kid. you didn't know his name but his quirk can give him spider like abilities , which you hated because spiders are disgusting .
but you sucked it up anyway. at this point you felt as if you should change your gender because you would be more stronger , you put your other costume on (I sadly couldn't find one that I liked anywhere) , and walked to find him.
"hey , I'm jackson , your y/n right? jackson had said with a smile on his face.
"in the flesh , so you ready?" you said getting in position
"yeah I'm ready " he said .
Jackson lunged at you and you dodged it , following up with a kick to make him fall , it very much connected.
He then got up and ran on the ceiling to try and jump on you to pin you down and claim victory. you created a fire barrier around you , and this made him fall , and you claimed victory.
" damn , your good. now I know why your in the big Four".
" thanks , you weren't bad yourself. just work on your attacks that people can see coming and come up with attacks that can give you some distance" you said with a smile .
the mood had suddenly changed as jackson got right back up and began swinging at you.
You were dodging them but the hits didn't give the same energy as they did before. At this point he was trying to hurt you . knowing this you had to defend yourself.
You began floating and emitting fire from your body , yelling as you shot it towards Jackson. He was reaching his limit , but as for you , it felt like it was getting stronger. he finally collapsed and tapped out . you seen this but couldn't stop the fire .
your emotions had fully taken over and you wanted to destroy
. This part of you was called the "devil's incarnate". which barely came out. and when it did it took a toll on your body.
your friends and the rest of your classmates were calling your name , attempting to bring you out of this.
However the only one who could bring you out was Tamaki. He's your weakness. as much as you didn't want to admit it , you had really liked him . But you never got the guts to tell him , ironic right?
Tamaki had began climbing on the rocks that were piled up beside you. you seen him , but still you couldn't control what happens.
"GET THE HELL AWAY FROM ME". you yelled as your flames began getting bigger. at this point your flames were pure red. bringing out your angry emotions.
" h-hey y/n it's me" Tamaki managed to get out.
"im here for you , just tell me what's wrong okay?"
"GET AWAY. ALL IM GONNA DO IS HURT YOU , AND I DON'T WANT TO.". your normal state had began to seep through the devil's incarnate , but only a little.
" i'm not leaving. I'm going to stay here until your okay and into my arms".
his words began to soften up your flames , making then turn a slight orange.
"PLEASE. just get away , you know I can't control it " you said as you felt defeated .
" look at me y/n. im not going anywhere , I care about you and I need to make sure your okay" Tamaki said with a smile
his smile , his obvious concern for you and his persistence made you calm down. you finally came out of the devil's incarnate and sat down.
"I think I'm gonna -" you said as everything went black.
you wake up in recovery girls office with Tamaki by your side. you tried to sit up but your body felt like jello.
"hey , your up, how are you feeling" Tamaki said while caressing your cheek .
" I feel like jello. what happened ?"you said
"devil's incarnate came out. before you ask , no nobody was hurt. I ended up soothing you and pulling you out of it and you passed out".
you internally smack your forehead.
damn it. why did this have to happen in front of them. they're probably scared of you now.
"are you scared of me?" you said as you looked up at him with tears in your eyes.
"no , actually I'm amazed. your really fucking strong to be honest. and your flames can CHANGE COLORS. thats cool as hell to me". tamaki began blabbing on about your quirk.
you didn't say anything back ,instead you hugged him , tightly. making sure you take in his scent .
"it's okay . I'll always be here for you".
HEYYYYY YALL. I guess that chapter was cute a little bit. but keep jackson in the back of y'all heads for me , this isn't the last time were are going to see him😏.
