Chapter 96:

In the time of the night, AvNeil were in standing in Ashish's room in Mehta house and looking at each other as Ashish wanted Avni to live with them for some days.

Ashish: actually! after so many years I got my daughter back so I want to spend some time with her so will you let her live here?

Neil: ab aa ab of, of course, pa papa why not if she wants she can live here. Avni!

Avni look at him then she looks at Ashish and again at Neil.

Neil in mind: please Avni, please say you want to come with me.

Avni: ab aa if, if papa wants it then ok I will stay here. If you don't have any problem.

Neela maa was smiling too see them.

Neil: no what problem I have, it's your home you can stay here as much as... you want...

Avni: if you say, I will come with you.

Neil smiles by looking at Ashish.

Neil: your wish if you want to stay here, then you can, I...

Both don't want that and want the other one refuses it.

Avni: ok then I will stay here as you are saying.

Neil nods.

Neil: ok then, I am going I should leave now.

Avni was looking at him and was sad.

Neil: ok bye, papa take care. Avni...

Neil sighs come she nods.

Avni: I am coming.

Ashish nods and Avneil went they came out and Neil turns to her and Avni was looking at him sadly. Neil looks away and said.

Neil: so!

Avni: so?

Neil: I should go.

Avni nodded but she didn't want him to go.

Neil: ok then, bye.

Avni: bye.

Neil nodded and turned to go, but avni hold his hand he looked at the hand then at Avni, he saw her teary eyes and felt bad to see her, Neil cupped her face and kissed her forehead, and closed her eyes.

Neil: I will come soon to take you, ok.

Avni nodded.

Neil: till then enjoy with papa and family you got this moment after so many years so live it happily, ok!

Avni replied with teary eyes: ok, but promise me you will take care of yourself.

Neil smiled.

Neil: yes boss.

Avni smiled at it.

Neil: you too take care of yourself.

Avni nodded.

Neil: ok now I should go.

Avni: ok.

Neil kisses her forehead and hugs her, they close their eyes. Neil sighs and breaks the hug. Neil cup Avni's face and said take care avni nodded. Neil turns to go and is sad but he doesn't want to show that to avni because it will weak Avni.

Neil went and got in his car he looked at Avni, he signed smile, Avni smiled and he starts the car, he went and Avni's eyes filled with tears. On the other side, Neil was on the way and was holding his head, he was already missing her; the last few days they were happy with each other and enjoying, Neil was attempting to make her feel good and forget the past but now what will he do and top of that how will he live alone in the room after one year; Neil sighed and looked out from the window.

Avni spend time with her family and was sitting in Ashish's room and they were talking and laughing, but Avni was missing Neil also and talked about Neil and Khanna family, all were surprised to see that chirping Avni who is just praising her family and giving their example in every matter they were happy to see that then she got Neil's message that he reached, avni smiled to see that and sighed she replied ok. The Mehta family was happy to see that then Aman snatched Avni's phone and ran away.

Avni: Aman, give me my phone back.

Aman looked at the phone.

Aman: oh chatting with jiju, so, he just went now and you already start troubling him. Come on give him some space.

Avni: aman give me, my phone back.

Aman shook his head, Ashish and Neela maa smiled.

Avni: papa sees aman is not giving me, my phone.

Ashish: aman, don't trouble your sister, give her the phone back.

Aman: This is not fair papa, the first time I am doing this and you are stopping me.

Avni and all smiled.

Ashish: maybe, Neil had some work.

Neela maa thought and looked at Avni.

Nm: maybe! He was missing Avni, aman give her the phone back, already Neil went from here sadly, now don't make him wait more to talk to his wife, don't trouble these love birds.

Avni feels shy and looks down, she smiled. Neela maa smiled.

Aman gave the phone back and avni shows him the tongue, Ashish and Neela maa smiled.

Avni saw Neil didn't send her any message she felt bad but understood that he is giving her space. Avni smiled and talked to her family.

Later Neil was laying on the bed and his arm was on his head, was looking at the roof, he looked a the other side of the bed and touched that side, he was missing Avni. On the other side, Avni was also doing the same she caressed the other side on the bed and missing Neil. Both turned to that side and think about each other. They tried to sleep but sleep was far away from them they turned to the other side and close their eyes but no use and again turned their side. Avni's eyes were teary and she wiped her tears and close her eyes but was feeling restless so she got up and went somewhere and came back after wearing Neil's black jacket as their clothes were in the same bag so Neil left them there. Avni laid and caress her arms or I say the jacket she closed her eyes and sleep peacefully, she felt; she is in Neil's embrace as she is habitual of it now.

After some time, Neela maa came to Avni's room to check and she smiled to see that Avni is sleeping to wearing Neil's jacket over her nighty. She thought and took Avni's phone she clicked Avni's picture and send that picture to Neil. On the side Neil's phone beeped, he looked at the phone and frown, he took the phone from the side table of the bed and saw Avni's message he got up with a jerk as it was late night time. Neil opened it and smiled to see Avni's pic then he got the message.

Neil reads: your wife is missing you.

Neil smiled and zoomed the pic and kissed it.

Neil: I am also missing your wifey.

Neil sighed and caress the picture.
