|Hades|
|Three months later|Diavolo has been checked by Apollo and Athena and they both say he will grow at a human pace which is more than perfect by me, it means I'll get to enjoy his infantry a lot more, and it will give me the proper time to form a story to tell Diavolo what happened to his mom.
A big smile appeared on my lips as I looked down at the sleepy Diavolo in my left arm as I watched Abaddon and Cerbie play in front of my throne. Life is going by so fast and I want everything to stop because I don't want Diavolo to be conscious about his mother's absence.
"You look so beautiful today, baby," I whispered, looking down at my little peaceful god. He is the god of deceit and black magic, according to the black birthmarks around his wrists and ankles.
A deep sigh left my mouth as I got up on my feet to make my way to the balcony that overlooks the Styx. I haven't retrieved one soul myself since Azrael passed.
"What do you say, baby?" I whispered. "Want to go for your first walk on the human world? We have to pick up some souls and you need sunshine." Going out might do me some good since these halls are filled with memories with Azrael, before there wasn't anything that positive to remember...just loneliness and anger.
Back in my bedroom, I changed Diavolo into a white long sleeve onesie, black cotton pants, black socks, the cutest lilac quilted jacket, black leather mittens, a lime green bucket hat, and black sunglasses. Of course I smeared sunscreen on every inch of his skin that could be touched by the sun. I changed into a lilac cotton-blend sweater with a red 'A' on the right pec with a button-down Oxford shirt underneath, pin-stripped wool trousers, black boots and a shearling-lined leather coat.
