I decided to take a break from shifting. My work schedule was hectic and I was always too exhausted to actually direct energy towards shifting. The break was maybe a week but honestly I wasn't counting. While I didn't attempt any methods I still listened to the subliminales during this time. I listen to them almost all the time. When I'm just working on the computer, relaxing, I have them in the background when I'm watching a show and every night when I'm sleeping regardless on if I'm giving a half assed attempt at shifting or not.

The subliminales are important and if I can engrave them into my head then I believe it will be more successful.

I have a whole playlist dedicated to shifting. I don't know if I should actually do that or if I should just be one subliminal on loop or if I should just listen to one and then no others but at the moment I'm listening to a playlist and haven't found any research telling me to do otherwise.

I did attempt a legitimate shift the night before I put this update in my notes however I was also sharing a bed with two dogs and a cat. All insisting on touching me with one of the dogs breathing directly onto my neck. It really wasn't helping while I was attempting the ravens method and I basically just gave up and went to sleep.
