Taehyung and Jungkook spent the next three hours preparing for their date. They had to decide on a discreet location, what they would eat, etc. Jungkook was nervous because they had never publicly gone on a date, their dates always would happen at the house due to strict rules. Bang PD wasn't homophobic or anything, he just advised them to keep their relationship under the carpet. The media was not merciful and it could possibly split the BTS fandom apart, due to many of them being straight females.

But Taehyung reassured him because he just wanted to live normally with Jungkook. He also planned out this date specially for Jungkook. He'd been together with him ever since he turned 19, but he fell in love with him when they first met. Seeing him grow up and manifest into a perfect man only increased that feeling, but Taehyung wasn't a creep so he waited until Jungkook became legal to confess his feelings. Luckily for him, Jungkook felt the same way and they'd been together ever since.

Today, he planned on a proposal. Obviously they would have to marry in secret but, Jin picked out two matching rings for them to wear. They weren't too flashy so people wouldn't think much of them. Jin had given the box to Taehyung before they got on the road, he also threatened to hurt him if he lost them. Jin is so frugal no matter how much money he continues to make.

Now the two lovebirds were sitting in a dog park, watching as couples and others walked their dogs and played with them. "I miss Yeontan.." Taehyung muttered out, remembering the sad puppy's eyes as he had dropped him off at the dog-sitter before leaving for tour. Jungkook softly grabbed his hand and sighed as he laid his head on Tae's shoulder, "I know..and he misses you too. Let's just cherish this moment we have together." He said as he looked up at the setting sun, some of the people in the dog park began to leave but a small number still remained. The park's nightlights automatically shut on as the sun disappeared from view.

Now in the natural light of the full moon, Tae took his mask off and faced Jungkook. "Baby..we've been through so much together. Years and years of memories that i'd never take back. You're my forever love, and I'm yours. I swear to be loyal to you no matter what and i hope that you claim the same. Jungkook..will you marry me, and take my last name?" He pulled the ring out as he sat on his knees, looking at Jungkook.

Jungkook gasped softly as he took his mask off and shook his head rapidly. "Yes! A thousand times, yes!" He said as he kissed Taehyung softly and pulled him into a hug. After their embrace, Tae put the ring onto his finger with a bright smile. He heard small claps and cheers from around the dog park, the witnesses cheering them on as they softly giggled to each other.

Timeskip to midnight

"I told you two to stay in the hotel at night, why can't you listen?!" Namjoon said out of frustration, his arms crossed with a hard glare on the two. Jin tried to calm him down because he knew the reason why, but he didn't want to take away their freedom of telling everyone else or not. "Answer me!"

Taehyung looked at Namjoon and scoffed, "You really dragged everyone else out of bed just to talk about this." "I did this because you guys are letting your relationship affect our group." Jungkook looked down with a feeling of guilt as he heard this, Taehyung held Jungkook's hand tighter. "Namjoon. I didn't want to tell everyone this way but Jungkook and I are engaged. I wanted to propose to him under the glow of the full moon because Jungkook loves being outside. I'm sorry that i broke the rules but you should be able to understand that! I mean you got married to Jin backstage, you literally shoved marriage papers in his face." Taehyung said as he rolled his eyes.

Namjoon sighed as he rubbed his forehead softly. "Alright just, don't do it again okay?" He said as Tae nodded and kissed Jungkook on the cheek. "Congratulations!" Everyone else said simultaneously. This caused them all to lightly giggle before going back to bed, it was already 1:30 in the morning.

Before Jungkook fell asleep he looked over at Taehyung with a smile, "Thank you Tae..i love you so much. Our first date was one that i'll always remember." He said as he giggle and kissed his cheek. Taehyung snored softly, slowly humming and rolling over to cuddle Jungkook as he slept. Jungkook closed his eyes as he softly smiled and relaxed in the warmth of his fiancé.
