After-Hours (VKOOK)

𝙲𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝟷𝟸: 𝚂𝚙𝚎𝚌𝚒𝚊𝚕 𝙳𝚊𝚢

Taehyung woke up with a quiet sigh as he rubbed his eye. Jungkook was right beside him fast asleep as he slowly sat up. Taehyung yawned as he stretched before getting up out of bed. He softly scratched his back and looked out of the window. He saw Jin and Namjoon outside talking to Hoseok, so out of curiosity he opened up his window. He remained quiet as to not interrupt, just wanting to catch a glimpse of the situation.

"Make sure you apologize to Jimin, you were way out of line last night." Jin said as he glared at Hoseok. Hoseok scoffed and rolled his eyes as he shook his head no. Namjoon didn't like that as he grabbed Hoseok's collar, "Jung Hoseok if you don't pull that nasty attitude out of your fucking ass and treat Jimin like your close friend. I mean he does so much for you and he cares about you a lot. For fucks sake! Taehyung and Jungkook go to get their official papers today, I need you to not be like this when we hold their party." Namjoon said, every word spoken with a hint of anger.

Jin grabbed Namjoon's arm and softly pulled him off, "Just let him calm down on his own, don't save any cake for him either. We don't need to be rewarding his behavior." Jin said as he grabbed Namjoon's hand. "I hope you really think about what you did, you know how sensitive Jimin is. He takes everything to heart." Jin said lowly as he walked back to the front door out of sight of Tae's window. Hoseok sighed as he slowly followed them, glaring at their backs.

Taehyung quietly frowned as he thought about Jimin, hoping he was feeling better. He slowly closed the window and heard shuffling behind him, turning around to see Jungkook walking up to him with a sleepy face. Jungkook slumped onto him as Taehyung smiled and softly pecked his lips. "Good morning." He said, getting a soft nod in response as Jungkook hugged him close. Taehyung grabbed his hands softly as he pulled them from around him. "Come baby, let's take a shower before we head to get and sign their papers." He said as he drug the sleepy male over to his bathroom.

Taehyung and Jungkook already got their licenses so they just needed to sign papers and get back in time for their party. They spent the next two hours getting ready, dressing up in nice suits and helping fix each other's hair and makeup. Taehyung grabbed their masks as he held Jungkook's hand, leading him downstairs to where he saw everyone else. They were still setting up the party decorations, Jungkook waved as they left.

Tae led Jungkook over to Jungkook's car and helped him into the passenger seat, closing his door and walking over to the drivers side. The two of them were off, heading to the courthouse so they could officially be married like their hyungs; Namjoon and Jin.

After returning the following hour from signing their papers, Jungkook smiled as he hopped out of the car. Their copy of the papers in his hand as he looked down at them happily. Taehyung got out and walked with him inside, hand in hand. Once they walked inside the rest of their band mates, minus Hoseok,  yelled surprise as they popped little confetti canons.

Taehyung and Jungkook smiled brightly as Taehyung kissed his cheek and sighed happily. Jimin walked up to them with their matching rings in his hands, holding them out to Taehyung and Jungkook. Taehyung grabbed Jungkook's ring and grabbed his hand, slowly sliding the finger onto his ring finger. Jungkook softly teared up as he grabbed Taehyung's matching ring and slid it onto Tae's finger. "I love you." "I love you too." Jungkook responded as Taehyung pulled him in for a kiss.

Clapping all around them as they shared a long, passionate kiss. "Let's get this party started!" Hoseok yelled out as he came down the stairs, wobbling slightly. "Are you drunk?" Yoongi asked as he looked over at him, an expression of concern rising to his face. Hoseok rolled his eyes at the question as he scoffed. "No. Why would I drink? I twisted my ankle earlier when I got out of the shower." He said as he glared at Yoongi, not directly at him but in his direction.

Jimin walked up to Hoseok and slowly placed a plate in front of him, "Yoongi helped me make you a plate that you'd like." He said as he smiled at him. Hoseok looked up to Jimin with a glare, about to tell him off. He then remembered his conversation with Namjoon and Jin that morning, slowly forcing a smile out. "Thanks." He said through gritted teeth, Jimin nodded as he walked over to Yoongi with a soft smile. Yoongi returned the smile as he grabbed Jimin's hand slowly.

Jin turned the speakers on to play some music as Taehyung and Jungkook walked over to get their own plates of food. Enjoying the rest of their special night while surrounded by their best friends.
