Meredith's pov.

"He took his hand around my neck and asked me if I had been a good girl, I nooded and his grib tightened "I make that decision" he said with his deep raspy voice in my ear.
he started kissing me all over my body and i couldn't help but moan. He let his land softly touch my thigh and continued down to my panties, he put them aside and worked his magic hands - I moaned loudly and he covered my mouth, he stood over me and was about to put in his member"

Then A knock was heard on my door and my eyes shot open

- did I just have a sexdream about mr. shepherd? My boss! -

"Good morning Meredith" Derek smiled "you're sweating did you have a bad dream?" He continued chuckling and in came the girls running behind him "good morning girls" I smiled and sat up, "its almost time for us to go" Derek Said and the girls jumped up on my bed "what time is it" I said stretching my arms

- 7 am! I haven't been up this early in years -

I went down stars and saw them all sitting in the kitchen laughing and eating breakfast "good morning Meredith" Addison said and smiled "good morning" I said yawning "someone's not use to be up this early" Derek laughed and took a bid of his toast, how can a man look that good eating toast

- stop thinking like that mer he is your boss! -

"We will be out of your hair in a little" Addison said and took her purse on the counter "oh don't worry about it we are gonna have so much fun today" I said and but my hand thought Ellys hair, I didn't really have any plans on how we where gonna get though the day but the day was long and something funny should come up

- right? -

An hour after they left we sat on the couch watching what zola had put on, it was some kind of kids show i had never seen before "Im bored" elly signed and looked at Meredith "so what do you usually do with our old nanny?" I asked and turned to them "we didn't really get to do anything because she was so mean" Zola said sadly as she looked at Elly "yeah she just left us to sit here for hours until mom and dad came come" Elly continued, I looked at them in shock "yell girls, let's go to the park!" I said happy and saw how their faces lighted up in happyness "go get ready and we will go right now" I said and stood up "yay!" They shouted in sink and ran out to the hall to get ready.

I was sitting on the bench and I could hear them run around the park laughing, when my phone buzzed

Christina:
"What's up mer bear how's the nannying going?"

Christina had been my best friend since 3th grade she knew everything about me and me about her and I adored that about our friendship

Meredith:
"It's going great - I think, we went to the park because the girls were bored"

Christina:
"How's the parents? I hear they are working at the hospital! That's like so cool"

I chucked a little over Christina's comment, she always dreamt about becoming a doctor

Christina:
"Do you think the can show me around one day? I would love to see an open heart surgery"

Meredith:
"Omg Christina I just started this job calm down haha!"

Christina:
"I was just asking omg"

As she replayed to my text I heard crying, I looked up in shook as Zola was running to me as fast as she could, "Meredith, Elly fell" she half shouted at me as I stood up as fast as I could, I ran over to her and took her into my arm "what happened Zola?" I asked in panic "she was on the swing and i was pushing her and I pushed to hard and she fell off" Zola cried "I want my daddy" Elly cried

- great my first real day as a nanny for such an important family and I already screwed up -

I took my phone out and dialed Dereks number "it's Derek shepherd" he said "hi Derek it's me Meredith" I said with a shaking voice "Meredith is everything okay?" He said worried "we are at the park and Zola was pushing Elly on the swing and Elly fell off" I studded out as I was about to cry "I'm coming right now Meredith" he said and hang up I got a shocking feeling in my body...
