For the next couple days they were forced to wander the forest trying no to be seen. Madi and Darcy showed them the river and they were able to catch some fish. They stayed in a small cave at when they needed to sleep but otherwise they were wandering the forest and telling stories for the next 2 days.

They were split up hiding when John Murphy came running through the forest. Echo jumped on him from behind "don't make any more noise" she whispered

"Oh thank god" Murphy said out of breath "Raven knew you guys would be watching the camp we gotta go now"

Echo whistle signaling everyone to come out.

"Where's Raven" Emori asked

"She's still there" Murphy answered

"You left her?" Emori said appalled "why am I not surprised"

"She made a deal to get me out" Murphy snapped "okay listen"

Monty reached forward to the collar on his neck "Shock collar?"

Murphy grabbed his hand "trust me I wouldn't do that"

"What about Abby and Kane?" Harper asked "we saw them being led off the ship"

"You did?" Murphy sounded surprised

"That means Bellamy got the bunker open" Echo realized "did he not come back?"

"What about Clarke?" Madi asked

Her and Darcy had been standing away from the group watching the scene unfold.

"Who're the hobbits" Murphy asked " you know what? Never mind. We just got to get a warning to Bellamy before they fire their missiles.

"Missiles?" Monty said

"Yeah as in fiery death from above" Murphy explained "Raven said we need to get into radio range where's the rover"

"Bear cave .I'll drive" Madi told him "don't worry the bears are gone"

"Oh great the kid's driving" Murphy remarked sarcastically

Murphy sat in the passenger seat of the rover with the radio "Bellamy, come in it Murphy. Please tell me you can hear me"

Madi looked back and forth between him and the trail they were driving.

"What?" Murphy asked noticing her stares.

"Thought you'd be funnier" Madi deadpanned

"Madi!" Darcy exclaimed

Murphy looked at her confused and Monty explained "Clarke told them stories"

"Oh really?" Murphy said "was I the dashing hero who got the girl"

"Or the selfish fool who lost her" Emori argued from the back

"Octavia's my favorite" Madi blurted changing the subject "I mean no offense"

"What about you?" Murphy asked Darcy

Darcy looked up "Raven"

"Clarke said she wouldn't have made it with each one of you" Madi told

"We wouldn't have made it without her" Echo commented

"Not even close" Harper agreed

They continued driving until Murphy's collar started shocking him.

"John" Emori leaned forward but flinched away when the collar shocked her.

Madi stopped the Rover and Monty guessed what was going on "the collar must have a proximity tether. Madi back up"

Madi did what she was told and started backing up until the collar stopped.

"John can you hear me" Emori asked him leaning forward again

"Monty can you get it off" Harper asked

"There's no time we have to stop those missiles " Echo argued

Murphy reached for the door handle and got out.

"What are you doing?" Monty asked

"What I have to do, ok Echo's right just leave me behind." Murphy said between breaths

"No way" Monty disagreed "if it has a tether it will have a tracker too they're probably on their way right now"

"That means you gotta go" Murphy interrupted "go before our friends explode"
