Peeta pov.

Tomorrow it's valentine's day. I can't give katniss her present. She Will hate me! But i have to. I bought a gold necklace and a card for her. But how Should i give it to her. I don't want that she knows i like her. Uhm by mail? No it's to late. By finnick? No he Will think i'm weird. I'm gonna Lay it in her closet! Yeah that's good!

"Peeta, May i come in?" It's Katniss! "Wait a minute. I just showered." "Oh yeah sure." But i don't lie, i really showered 5 minutes ago. i am already dressed to go sleep. I Lay my present underneath my bed.

"You can come." She comes in. "I'm sorry for that moment." "Oh it's okay." There is a awkward silence. "Uhm okay i'm gonna dress me." "Yeah do that."

Serious peeta! Serious! Yes do that. You couldn't say anything better? What Should she think about me! It's sounds like i think she look ugly but she is the most beautyfull women i had ever seen!

I look out the window, to the stars. Thinking of katniss. "Such a wonderfull night." I freeze for a moment and decide what i have to say. Not something stupid again! "Yes it is, but not so wonderfull as the girl i love." I turn around and see katniss. She looks a bit upset. I close the curtains and go sit on my bed.

She trys to say something.
"What's the name of your girlfriend?" Huh, girlfriend? Does she really thinks that i have a girlfriend?!? "Uhmm.. Uhm.. I.. I don't... Have... One.." She look at me with widen eyes. "Uhm okay sorry. Goodnight!" And she crawls in her bed.

Next day

Okay katniss is still sleeping. I walk trough her closet and open the door. I Lay the card and box on one of her favourite shoes. I close the door and go quickly into my bed.

I better go downstairs. She Will thinks that it come from me. Walk to the kitchen and see a huge box. There is a label with peeta on it. Somebody got a Valentine present for me! I open the box and there is a huge white bear in it. It's so cute! Maybe there is a card in the box too.

I look in it and yes! There is a card in it! 'Happy Valentine's Day! -XXX-'
oh god damn! No name. I really want that it is katniss!

Wait i recognize this Handwriting. I start looking in the stuff, trying to find a letter or something. Got it! It's a notepad. I look in it and see it's from katniss. I look at her notepad and then at the card. Notepad, card. Notepad, card.

I don't know if it's from her. I make breakfast for myself and i'm still looking at the card. I hear a girl screaming. That Will be katniss. Or Annie. I think that finnick, Has a present for Her too. I'm looking into katniss notepad. I turn the page and i want to scream.

I know that the card and the notes are written by the same person, katniss. And why? In her one of her notes is a little drawing of a heart with peeta in it...
