Chapter 11

Katniss pov

It's 5 a.m. I'm looking in the mirror. I look fat. I really do. Look at that little bump on my belly. I'm so ugly. All the girls look like models and i am fat. Why? Everybody is always looking at me when they see me. They also know that i'm ugly.

"What are you doing?" "Oh nothing An. I was just looking at my exploded hair." She starts laughing. "Then you have to brush it!"

When i'm done i say that it's better so Annie Goes away. I walk away and watch tv.

The others come downstairs. "Want Some breakfast honey?" "No thanks baby i already ate." Ofcourse i didn't eat anything! I'm not crazy! If i want to be skinny i can't eat.

Before we go to school i decide to go on the scale. Oh no! 123 lbs/ 25,4 pounds! Why do i have to weigh so much.

"Katniss come we are going to be late!!" Finnick shouts. "I'm coming"

At school...

"Good afternoon class! Today we going to do basketball. I know that most of you don't like it but you have to do it anyway! You know the rules. Let's get started!" Mrs. Enobaria makes teams and i'm not with peeta. Well i am with Annie but she's not good in basketball.

"3, 2, 1, GO!" She throws the ball in the field and Annie catch it. "KATNISS!" She throws the ball to me and i catch it and start dribbling to the basket. I stop and try to throw the ball in the basket. Yess! I did it! "2 points for team green!"

I give the ball to the other team and they start playing. Gale is on the ball and start dribbling toward our basket. Annie can be bad in basketball, but she is very smart. She place her foot in the front of him and he falls.

The lesson is almost over and we are going to lose with 30-31! But peeta is on the ball so... I remember Annies action so i start runnjng towards him and 'trip'. He notice and he stop with playing. "OMG sweetie are you okay?!??!" He kneels beside me and is rubbing my back. Everybody is watching at me and i have free game if i get the ball. It lays besides peeta.

I take it and start running toward the basket. "No i'm fine peeta!" My team starts yelling that i have to be quick. The other team stands with pale faces but finnick is cheering and peeta is looking at me with an 'are you serious?' Glance.

I throw the ball to the basket and it's circling over the top. Come on, come on! I whisper to myself. It Goes in it. It really does! "3 points to team green!" Mrs. Enobaria screams.

My team is walking up to me and pull me up so i can sit on their shoulders. "KATNISS! KATNISS! KATNISS!" They cheer. Then i see peeta smiling at me. I want to get off the shoulders and hug him. But they don't want to let me go.

When they finaly let go i run up to peeta and hug him. He hugs me back. "You are a pretty smart girl." He whispers into my ear. "But you was better than me." I say to him. "If i was better than you we would have won!" I give him a kiss.

"oh bitch please! He doesn't like you! He loves me!" The voice behind me says...
