Chapter 1 🍂:: The day I met her

"Jun, please just come. If they both hit off then I'll be a third wheel". Sinb begs Jun, her childhood friend. "Why do I need to come?" Jun moans. "I'll be a fourth wheel then." "You'll might like her, she likes music, she plays the violin." Sinb replied. "I stopped playing the piano years ago. I thought you knew." Jun continued to argue with Sinb so he didn't need to come along. "If you come I'll treat you out. How about that?"

"Ugh fine, you better don't forget." Jun finally agreed. "2pm today in the park. Don't be late." Sinb ended the call with Jun. Jun looks to the corner of his room. His grand piano sitting there, with books and boxes piled on top. Horrors from his teenage days rushed in his mind. From when his mom thought him how to play, now deceased. He heavily sighs as he looks at the clock on his wall. 1:30pm.

Jun steps into the park, 1:50pm and his friends are nowhere to be seen. "Ugh, they said they would be here at least 15 minutes early." Jun gets interrupted by two kids running, he turns to the direction they run too. Seeing a girl, with a pianica in her hands. "Hmm, she's pretty" he thought to himself. He starts walking towards her. "Oh you're here already!" Sinb scares Jun. "Oh my gosh I didn't know you were here". Jun yells at Sinb frightened.

They both turn around to see the girl looking at their direction and waving at them. "Oh Sinb hi!" The girl stands up and starts walking in Jun and Sinb's direction. "Yerin hi! How are you?" Sinb asks Yerin. "I'm good, is this the guy?" Yerin asks pointing at Jun. "Ah no, he is coming soon." Sinb replied while looking at her phone. Yerin turns to Jun "Hi! I'm Yerin." "Oh hi, I'm Jun."

"SINB, JUN. I'M HERE." "Wonwoo what took you so long?" Sinb asks Wonwoo. "Traffic, I tried to come earlier okay?" Wonwoo replied. "Anyways this is Yerin, Yerin this is Wonwoo". Sinb introduces Yerin and Wonwoo to each other. "Hi, nice to meet you!" Yerin greets Wonwoo. "Nice to meet you too, you really are a beauty." Yerin blushes after hearing those words coming out of Wonwoo's mouth.

"They really are hitting it off with each other huh?" Sinb tells Jun who is staring at Yerin. "Yea-" "Pretty right?" Sinb cuts off Jun. "What did you say?" Jun asks in confusion. "Yerin is pretty I know. And I know what you're thinking. But most likely she will be with Wonwoo." "Yeah I guess." Jun looked down.

"DAMNIT I COMPLETELY LOST TRACK OF TIME!" Yerin looks at her watch. 2:30pm. "Whats wrong?" Jun asks. "My violin competition is starting in half an hour but I can make it in time." "We'll accompany you." Wonwoo tells Yerin. "Yeah we'll watch you play!" Sinb grabs Yerin's violin case and passes it to her. "I'll stay back, you three go on." Jun hesitates.

"What makes you think you're not coming?" Yerin grabs onto Jun's wrist and starts running.
