Chapter 21- Prison

I stood in HQ using the wristbands connecting them to the nightshade suit. "There's gonna be a lot of prisoners jio.. you need back up.." Kat spoke

"I'm not taking no for an answer I'm coming and there's nothing you can do about it." Emily chimed in I didn't want to admit it but I needed all the help I couldn't get this on my own my movement was limited and my body wasn't healed up at all I looked over at Emily who already started grabbing her gear "fine...But if we handle Red and you freeze you don't get another chance you understand?"
"I want him in cuffs too, He's family but I can't let everything he's doing go." Emily nodded zipping her suit up. "Good.." I opened my hand walking over to the weapons as the armor plating began attaching onto me soon covering my body. I grabbed my katana off the wall along with two batons and arrows I grabbed a bow placing it all in proper holsters. Emily turned to me with a box "it wasn't easy to get... but I finally got it." She held the box towards me I opened it it was an all copper arrow except for the arrowhead which was a glowing green stone. "What is it?.." I lifted it slowly examining the arrow. "A shard of the cursed stone it's what they used to capture the demon heads... it's hard to come by nowadays but this one popped up on the radar by a dragon buddy of mine... it's a one-time use enters the chest that's where the demon core lays nest and traps the demon head in the stone."

"Shit.." I looked at it closer a small smirk on my face

"You could use it on you..save yourself and we can always try to find another .."

"No...Red is done tonight .."

"Yeah...I figured you say that.." she frowned I sighed picked her face up looking towards me
Slightly smiling "we'll worry about me when Reds out of the picture alright?"

"I just wish you'd put your safety first before anything else ..maybe that sounded less selfish in my head." Emily clipped in her last holster around her thigh placing throwing knives in them. "Like I said we'll figure it out" I slipped the arrow in my pouch getting on my bike Emily getting on the second and we both shot out into the streets taking off towards the prison.

We arrived to MPD having an all shoot out with prisoners I continued driving forward
"Looks like the prisoners got into the armory kat active remote control on the bikes and activate the mini guns rubber rounds only!" I leaped off grappling onto the snipe tower Emily parkouring up with me as both bikes stopped next to the swat trucks firing into the covered areas of the prisoners hitting a couple.
I grappled over diving towards one as I tackled him smashing his face into the pavement as we both slid a couple of feet away from his squad.

"Holy shit ITS HIM THE FREAK WAS RIGHT LIGHT HIM UP!" Emily comes from behind the two smashing her knee into one of the guy's side kneeing the other from behind towards me, as I caught him and smashed him onto the ground smashing my fist into his face another prisoner from behind would aim at Emily I would activate my shield arm a small shield spreading as I would charge before her the bullets bouncing off I would charge uppercutting him he would stumble swinging at me but I'd be faster sliding around him and kicking him up in the air Emily flipping backward over him and smashing both her knees down into his chest he would stay down on the floor rolling around as she places her boot on his head "Not so tough now are ya.." she giggled "see we make such a cute team!" She said getting excited I rolled my eyes holding my side a bit as I walked over to one of the officers
"Thank Christ..we've been there for minutes."

"Any hostages?"

"Yes sir every prison guard in there so far ...poor bastards ..Owens explained about this new group but why a prison? What's their play?" He questioned I turned towards the prison squinting "no clue.." I let out

"And you are miss?" He looked over at Emily

"Oh uh..damn...I'm uh...Killa X?.." she looked at me I shook my head looking at the officer
"It's a work in progress..listen I can get in there and get everyone out but I need you and your buddies word you won't treat me along with the threat.."
