~To The Story~

"Man I thought I was gonna die!" You exclaimed as you stretched your arms in the air, as you left the old campus with Nakamura while holding your closed umbrella you took this morning. Karasuma was extra hard on assassination training after the whole Itona incident, leaving everyone exhausted.

"I know right. I'm going home to take a looong hot bath." Said Nakamura, cracking her neck. "And hey~ it's the weekend."

"Too bad it's going to rain again over the weekend." You pointed out.

"Well, that ain't gonna stop me from doing stuff." Said Nakamura.

"You mean watch T.V all day with jammies?" You questioned with a hint of humour in your tone.

"I do plan on eating as well." She protests. "You should come over on Saturday so we can hang out."

"Oh, thanks." You smiled at her, happy that she invited you to hang out with her.

"No problem, I need someone to watch some stupid drama with me." Nakamura chuckled.

"We should totally stuff our faces," you suggested.

"Haha yeah!" She said happily "I'm making my brother by us some food."

You smiled at Nakamura, her whole personality makes your day a little brighter.

Later in the day, Nagisa was at the bookstore, reading some Sonic Ninja comic books. The section of the comic books was near the exit/entrance of the store.

As he was reading the last panel, the entrance to the bookstore opened. His eyes wandered to the front of the bookstore, and there he saw two people coming in.

It was Ren Sakakibara, with Gakushū Asano.

'Oh, it's (y/n)'s ex.' Nagisa said in his mind as he eyed the strawberry blond walking in before going back to reading. Nagisa read a few more pages before he checked his phone to see the time. He sighed. 'I should get home. I don't want to get mom mad.' He put his phone back then walked over to the cashier to pay for his comic book.

But before he did. 'Oh, I almost forgot, I have to get the book Koro-sensei recommended to me to improve my English.' With that thought in his mind, he walked to the bookshelves with the English language. Nagisa heard two voices on the other side of the bookshelves but didn't listen to what they were talking about.

"Oh there it is," he mumbled to himself before reaching his arms up and going on his tippy toes to get the book. And before he walked away, he heard something that caught his attention.

"You're getting that book?" Asano asked Ren.

"What~? I hear the protagonist in this book has quite the silver tongue, and can easily swoon the ladies. Maybe you should read it when you get back together with (y/n)-san."

Nagisa's attention was now easily on the two Class A students on the other side of the bookshelf. He stared at the bookshelf. 'Get.... back together?' Nagisa thought.

"I think I'll pass," he heard Asano say.

"Well suit yourself." Said Ren. "I guess when I think about it, you don't need a book like this since you manage to with (y/n)-san's heart."

"I didn't do anything actually," he admits. "Her mother is pretty controlling, so she had no choice but to be with me."

Nagisa couldn't help but sympathize with you right there, him having a mother similar to that.

"And yet you still left her for the time being? That's rather cruel of you."

"Whatever, she's still my fianceé by contract."
