~To The Story~

"I just love the fall~" You sang, enjoying the perfect temperature of today's weather this morning as you walked in between Nagisa and Sugino. The weather was neither hot nor cold, which you found just perfect.

The morning was starting of the usual; waking up, getting dressed, getting on the train and catching up with Nagisa and Sugino so you can walk to class with them.

"You seem to be in a good mood this morning, (y/n)" Sugino pointed out.

"That's because I am, thanks for noticing." You smiled at your baseball lover friend.

You weren't hiding anything, you actually were in a good mood. Even though you found out the taints of your past, you didn't want the past to affect you right now. Besides, you have Lulu back in your life.

"Can't believe it's already November." Nagisa pointed out, his eyes looking at the sky, thinking about how much time flies.

"Which reminds me, Kunugigaoka's Festival is coming up." Sugino reminded you and Nagisa as the three of you were about to approach the trail that leads to the old campus.

"Oh that's right!" You said in a remembering tone. "I can't wait. I wonder what we'll do?"

"Good morning, you three."

Freezing, you and your male friends shrieked in fear with a comical reaction. Even at that moment, you did recognize the voice. The three of you swirled around, you and your friends came face to face with the tall headmaster himself, peering down at all of you with a smile.

He didn't seem hostile, and you knew that wasn't his goal but he always had this ominous presence whenever you saw him.

"Oh, hello, sir." Sugino greeted.

"G-good morning, principal Asano." Nagisa managed to sound polite after the jump scare.

"Hello. You scared us," you admit, your heart calming down.

"Forgive me," the principal chuckled. "I forgot how easy it is for you to get jumped scared."

"Uhh..." You were kinda embarrassed that he said that out loud.

"Anyway, there is something I want to speak to Akagi-san, so why don't you gentlemen head to class." The headmaster told Nagisa and Sugino.

"Oh, sure!" Sugino nodded.

"Alright. We'll see you in class, (y/n)." Nagisa says to you, sending a smile before walking with Sugino.

You took a quick glance at your two friends who walked up the slope before looking back up at the principal.

"I'm not in trouble am I, sir?" You ask cautiously.

"No, no, of course not." He dismissed your statement. "I'm just a little worried about you, I hardly see you anymore, and you seem to have stopped speaking to Asano-kun."

'Oh boy... Well, obviously he was gonna notice.'

"A-Asano and I are having problems lately." You answered sheepishly.

"Ah, yes, I know he can be very difficult to deal with." He brutally admits without any hesitation in his tone,

'He just straights up admits it?' You thought astonishingly.

"The two of you aren't even married yet and already you're having issues."

You twitched your eyebrow that he reminded you about the arranged marriage. "Asano and I haven't really been talking lately. But rest assure you, your son and I are just fine."
