Today was Christmas Eve and I had to go to the winter ball held at the Parkinson Manor. Daphne and I went shopping for dresses a few days ago. I was hesitant to pick a dress because they had all looked amazing. We were there for hours, and I was trying dress after dress, plus Daphne was growing impatient, until I had finally found the perfect dress. It was a long white dress that touches the floor when I wore it. The skirt of the dress was fluffy and had white butterflies on it. The bodice of the dress had flowers all over it. And the shoulders were made up of flowers. I look absolutely breathtaking in the dress as it would flow behind me.

"Are you ready, honey?" Mrs. Greengrass asked softly.
"Huh?"
"I asked if you were ready, dear." She reiterated.
"I'm just finishing my makeup, Mrs. Greengrass!" I gawked at myself in the mirror looking at my reflection. I wore a little bit of makeup, not wanting to conceal my features with the makeup. I finished putting on my mascara and put it into my makeup bag with the makeup I bought when buying my dress.
I was alluring with my glowing blush and lip gloss. I had my hair down with two braids connected at the back of my head with a bobby pin. I wore plain, white heels to go with my dress. They were quite hard to wear but Daphne helped me walk in them.
I went out of my room to go down to the entrance of the house, where the whole Greengrass family was. Daphne and I apparated with Mrs. Greengrass and Astoria apparated with Mr. Greengrass.
I suddenly felt a weird, familiar sensation and felt myself spinning. My head was in a lot of pain when I felt solid ground. I proceeded with the Greengrass family like I didn't have a piercing headache. Mr. Greengrass knocked on the elegant door loudly as Mr. Parkinson opened it quickly a few seconds later. Revealed behind him was Pansy smiling. "Ah, who do we have here?" Mr. Parkinson asked. He looked at each of us 5 for a few seconds but had looked at me longer than he had with the others. "I'm Adorabella Greengrass. This is my husband, Florian, and my children Astoria and Daphne, and their friend y/n Webbund."
Mr. Parkinson's face lit up as he heard my name. "A Webbund, how magnificent! Pansy has told me so much about you." He shook my hand quickly with both of his hands and then shook everyone else's hand. "Come on in!"
Daphne, Astoria, and I went into a huge room with many different tints of blue. There was loud music playing and people dancing to it. On the wall were snowflakes and other decorations. The three of us went to the center of the room and started dancing, not caring if it didn't match the music playing. We all rocked back and forth and jumped around, laughing. After a while we all got tired so Daphne went to get drinks and Astoria went to get snacks. I was walking to an unoccupied table but I was interrupted as I bumped into someone.
