𝙮/𝙣 𝙬𝙚𝙗𝙗𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙤𝙫

A voice is heard throughout the train, "We will be reaching Hogwarts in five minutes' time. Please leave your luggage on the train, it will be taken to the school separately."

"I think it's best we go change right now, Harry and Ron, meet up in the crowd," you say, standing up.

They both nod and stand up walking towards the bathrooms.

3 minutes later you come out of the bathroom and go into the crowd towards the train exit looking for Harry and Ron. You notice a familiar ginger and walk up to him. "Boo!" You scare him as he and Harry flinch. You laugh and go besides Ron.

A few seconds later the train slows down and every goes piling out the door. Once you go out  you feel a cool breeze and look around seeing a dark platform. You suddenly see a light bobbing over the heads of students until you can see a giant. "Who's that?" You ask Harry and Ron.

Harry smiles and responds, "That's Hagrid, y/n! He helped me get my school supplies this year!"

Ron looks around anxiously until saying, "He is so big! Bloody hell I can't believe it!"

You are about to say something until the Hagrid says, "Firs' years! Firs' years over here! All right there, Harry?" He looks our way and Harry smiles.

Hagrid looks away and continues, "C'mon, follow me — any more firs' years? Mind yer step, now! Firs' years follow me!"

We followed Hagrid down a narrow and steep path. It was so dark it looked like trees were surrounding the path. Everyone had been quiet but we occasionally heard sniffles from a boy who kept loosing his toad. You had assumed he was Neville from what Hermione had said earlier.

"Yeh'll get yer firs' sight o' Hogwarts in a sec," Hagrid broke the silence, "jus' round this bend here." Tons of people were then saying, "Ooooh, and "Ahhh!" As we all see a great black lake. If you looked ahead you could see a castle perched on a mountain.

"No more'n four to a boat!" Hagrid instructed to all the first years. Ron, Harry, and I all go into a boat, leaving one unoccupied seat which was taken by Hermione a few seconds later.

"Everyone in?" shouted Hagrid, who didn't wait for a response. "Right then — FORWARD!"

All the tiny boats started moving in the same direction, gliding across the water. Everyone looked at the spectacular castle, coming closer to us. It was such an amazing view that you with you could look at all day.

You look over at the boat Malfoy is at with his two bodyguards and see him looking at you with a nasty look. You send him a smirk and look away, flipping your hair.

"Heads down!" Hagrid yelled as the boats in the front started reaching a cliff. Once our boat reached the cliff we all ducked our heads down and our boat carried us through curtain-shaped ivy. All the first years in the boats went down a dark tunnel that goes underneath the castle. We reached a harbor and got off our boats and onto rocks and pebbles.

Hagrid was checking all the boats, "Oy, you there! Is this your toad?" Neville sees his toad and holds out his hans for his toad to jump into. "Trevor!" Hagrid then let us down a passageway. After a while we reached smooth, damp grass. We all walked up the stairs towards the gigantic, oak doors.
