A/n

I wish I could say I did this lovely art. Although I made a few changes to it, full credit to the owner. This is what I think Ko would look like. Feel free to change the look though.

Second person POV

Present Mic was yelling into his microphone like always.

"Now all the participants for the second round have been selected! I'm still kinda disappointed with that last match though( Uraraka vs. Bakugo)"

"I don't think you should be choosing sides." Mr. Aizawa spoke up.

The second round was about to start. Deku vs. Toderoki. You watched in the stands with your classmates. You would have to fight soon, but wanted to see your little Midoriya's fight, even if he later lost.

Through out the fight it got pretty dramatic and gruesome, despite it all you kept the same face on. Some spectators took notice of your poker face, a little concerned about your lack of concern. You studied it all. How Toderoki avoided his fire , how Deku encouraged it. It fascinated you.

After awhile, it was finally your turn. You walked up onto the stage to see the vine girl who beat Kaminari.

You both greeted each other and stood in your fighting stances. You could hear mummers guessing who would win.

She seemed pretty peaceful though, she'd probably try to finish it was soon as possible without hurting you.

"Start!"

Just as planned, vines shot towards you, trying to grab you by the waist. They were difficult for you to dodge, but then again, you hadn't used your quirk just yet.

You tested out your quirk, just to see how painful it was. It was like getting punched in the stomach by All Might bad, although, you could tell that this wasn't as bad as it could be. Some frowns littered viewers faces as they watched you nearly avoid attacks.

'Well I guess it's my time to shine' you thought. Just as she flew her hair/ vines(idk) towards you, you grabbed her hair. Before she could even process what had happened, you swing her around like a lasso, out of bounds. It didn't take to much if your quirk, but it still hurt like hell.

"Akiko is the winner!" Midnight announced. You could hear cheers, even a couple boo's from Monama.

Your POV

I did my best to make it out of the arena before I collapsed. I was in some major pain. Their positivity radiated ,it hurt like hell. Kinda like breaking your foot, then walking on with full pressure, without bothering to heal it.

The upside of my quirk was that I couldn't actually sustain physical damage from it. No matter how painful it felt, I wouldn't have a broken foot or anything. The bad side was that it took forever to wear off, at least 30 minutes. I didn't have that time before I would fight Bakugo.

I did my best to drag myself to Recovery Girl as soon as possible, but just my luck, I heard All Might in there. I hid myself around the nearby corner and did my best to listen. I noticed nobody was nearby, so I took that as my opportunity to use my quirk to help.

(After activating it)

As long as I kept myself in a bad mood, my quirk would work ok.

'Your a horrible person.'

"I'm sorry, I couldn't do what you asked of me." Deku spoke up. He seemed sad, better for my quirk at least.

He continued talking,"If I had shut up, not said anything, I might have been able to beat him."

"You got Toderoki to realize some thing very important about himself." said All might.

'He really is All Might's secret love child'

My body started hurting even more, so I decided to try and listen with out the help of my quirk. My body throbbed, but it seemed that in this moment, all I cared about was learning what was between them.

They continued talking for awhile, nothing to important.

The rounds went on and I just waited behind the door of Recovery Girl's office. All Might had left, so she was performing surgery on Deku's arms. I waited a few minutes after I realized she was done just to make sure it didn't look like I was here the whole time, which I ToTaLY wasn't.

I knocked on the door a couple of times.

"Come in." Her voice welcomed me. Old people's voices always have a way of making everything better.

"Can I have some pain medication?" I asked as I looked toward Deku. She had luckily knocked him out for surgery, he was still out cold.

"Don't worry about your friend. He sustained some horrible injuries, but I was able to heal most of them." She proceed to ask me a few questions about why I wanted the pain medication.

Just as she handed me the bottle, a loud voice came on to the speaker. "Bakugo vs. Akiko is about to start! Can both participates come to the arena?" I handed her the pills back and started walking towards the door.

"Don't you want one, I'm sure you could take one before the match starts!?" she asked.

"No no, it's fine! I probably wouldn't have enough time to find water to take it anyway." and with that I was out the door, excited to see how this would turn out.
