Your P.O.V

The five of us gathered under the entrance of the dorms. The grey sky started dripping with light rain as we each waited for a member of the Big Three to meet us.

"Aw, I thought it was gonna be a good day!" groaned Uraraka. I was confused by what she meant, nothing especially bad had happened.

"What do you mean?" I asked curiously.

"Well it's raining. It's like the sky is sad, and it makes me sad too." she explained.

"Oh."

Amajiki was the first to come of the three. He looked nervous like usual, his dark hair covered one of his eyes. I noticed he didn't seems to have an umbrella, so spots of water showed on his uniform.

"S-sorry, I couldn't find my umbrella." he apologized.

"It's fine." Kirishima and I comforted.

"I kinda like rain anyway, a little water never hurt anyway." I commented, joining him in the rain.

As we left, I waved my farewell to Tsu, Uraraka, and Deku.

"Bye guys!" Kirishima yelled from the gate.

The walk to the train was short, but the rain picked up each step closer we got. Amajiki apologized several times for his lack of planning around the weather, but I didn't really care, Kirishima didn't seem to either.

After finally arriving, FatGum greeted us with open arms. When he noticed we were dripping, he ran to get us towels. After drying off, he greeted himself and explained why we were here.

"I'm quite interested in quirks were your body changes, like Kirishima's or Amajiki's, but for you Akiko... I guess I'm just fascinated with how your quirk works, the whole world is. I'd like to see how it works and what we can do with it." he explained.

"But before we do anything, you have to get these papers signed by your teacher. If he's ok with both of you being here three or four days a week." he sighed.

Long story short, Aizawa accepted both of our forms and we were off to our fisrt day of work studies with Fatgum the next day.

"Today we'll be out on watch duty, suit up!" Fatgum ordered. I quickly grabbed my suit and headed to the bathroom.

I watched my self as I removed my shirt. The red bandages hung from my stomach, the hands still laid pressed against my skin. I should have changed the bandages a week ago, but the thought of seeing the sickly hands on my body made me nauseous.

For a minute I stood blank faced while staring at myself in the mirror, I forgot I was even changing. I was only brought back when I heard a quite knock on my door.

"Be out in a second." I told the person, while flinging on my shirt and pants.

Honestly most of my day was pretty boring. We only got called to a gas station robbery done by a few amateurs, it wasn't until the night that something interesting actually happened.

"We're gonna work on those delicate nerves of yours Tamiki." Fatgum said while snacking. We continue chatting about Tamiki's nerves, until we heard someone scream," They're at it, fighting again!" We decided on a surprise approach, starting with Fatgum hitting whoever the enemy was with his stomach.

"Not so fast!" Fatgum smiled while sqeezing them, but one man escaped. Amajiki got him though.

After all bad men laid on the ground, I heard Amajiki mumble," Was that ok? It felt terrible." Kirishima and I were amazed at his skill and tried to pump him up.

"That was really cool." I said.

"Awesome!" added Kirishima. I should have been paying more attention to the crowd as they cheered for our Sun Eater. I had no clue what happened until I heard two shots go off and a pain in my chest. A few seconds after I heard another, but this time Kirishima was in front of Amajiki and I.

I fell to the ground, hitting my head kinda hard and I noticed a little blood, but I actually felt fine. Shakily I got up and looked around.

"I thought that would hurt more." Amijiki sighed.

"Same." I agreed.

"Glad you two are ok!" Kirishima smiled. I figured he must have hardened at the last second, deflecting the bullet. The gun man ran, Kirishima was going to run after him, but I thought it was faster just using my speed.

I activated my quirk, only to feel nothing. I tried again. I looked behind me wide eyed. Amajiki's hand was streched out, like he was going to use his tentacles, but he shared my same look.

Kirishima continued running after the man, and Fatgum tried to stop him, but when Fatgum turned around to check up on Amajiki and I, he sensed something went horribly wrong.

"We aren't hurt, but we can't activate our quirk!" Amajiki yelled. I think this was the first time I ever heard him say something loud without stuttering.

"Is Eraser around or something?" asked Fatgum. He tried comforting us and getting us to a safe spot, but he had to hurry to find Kirishima.

As we both waited , one of the already caught bad guys tried escaping in hadcuffs.

"Not so fast." I warned as I sweeped him off his feet and layed on top of him. I held his head against the concrete.

"I may not have my quirk, but that doesn't mean I couldn't take you down." I scolded.

Fatgum and Kirishima came around the corner as the cops got me off him and pulled him from the concrete.

Kirishima looked beat, but I decided not to ask him at that moment.

We decided to stop by the agency and grab our things before heading to the hospital. I threw on my black short sleeve top accompanied by my black jacket. The lose ripped jean fit the whole look together.

I usually enjoyed trips to the hospital, but when I have no quirk to feel stuff with, it's pointless. The smell of sanitizer reaked too.

I then got a physical check, beside a few bruises and past problems, I was ok.

Amajiki and I got tested several times though. Our blood got taken and we were there far longer than Kirishima needed to be. It was past 12 before we got released to go home. Fatgum drove us all the way back to the dorms. Eraser was pissed, but seemed sympathetic when he actually heard what happened.

"Please don't tell them that I lost my quirk." I begged Kirishima.

"Alright, but if your quirk doesn't return soon, I'm sure they'll notice on their own anyway." he warned

"Thanks."

I was surprised to see a few of my classmates awake in the commons.

"There you are. Is everything ok?" Uraraka asked.

"It's fine," I sighed," but it's been a really long day. Thank you for staying awake for us, but I'll tell you everything that went down tomorrow if it isn't already on the news."

Kirishima and I crawled to our beds for a very long and awaited rest.
