Beau's POV
"Concentrate!! As witches you know you will not succeed if you don't focus!!! If you can't even do something as simple as flying, then we have no use for you here!!"
I hated training new witches; they don't put in any effort. They can't even fly on command. I kept yelling and reminding them that we don't need them.
Until finally they all started flying, "That's what I'm talking about!! Now I want you all to stay in one spot in the air for five minutes!! Every five minutes you will either fly higher or lower and hold that position for another five minutes!! We're going to do this ten times!!"
"Yes sir!"
"Beau!"
I turned around and seen Chrys signaling for me to follow him, I nodded.
"Rain check ladies, we'll pick this up again tomorrow. You can take the day off, but if you want to stay here, I suggest you continue training."
"Yes sir!"
I went in the house and seen Chrys in the kitchen, "What's up bro? Where's Sarah?"
"I had her train the wolves, I didn't want her here when I gave you this."
He handed me a letter, "It's a message from dad, Hermes delivered it to me. You're going to love this."
I read the message aloud.
"Hello boys,
I wish I could've told you this in person, but I have something to take care of, so I'll make this quick.
I'm proud of you both, especially you Beau for finally stepping up. With the two of you working together, there's no battle you could lose.
Which is why you have an assignment I know you'll both enjoy.
Your sister's pathetic ex-mate's pack is in danger. The Rouges have nearly wiped them all out. While I could care less about him, his pack is full of good people that deserve a fighting chance.
Not to mention those rouges have gotten out of control, it's time we take care of them. Which is why the two of you and Raven are going to train Michael and his pack. I haven't gotten a chance to tell Raven, but I will find and talk to her.
Michael will be at your house in three days' time. Give him hell, I know Raven will.
Good luck boys!
~Dad."
I grew a wide smile, I looked at Chrys and he had the same look.
"This is hilarious! We have to train him! Oh, this will be good. Chrys, you have to let me train him first. I've been waiting for a chance like this since the night I picked Raven and Sarah up."
"No way bro! Your training is nothing compared to mines. I'll have him begging for mercy when I'm threw with him."
"What about Raven?"
We turned around and seen Alex standing at the doorway, "Um, what about Raven?"
"Don't play dumb Beau, I heard the message. You guys are so excited to torture Michael, have you guys thought about how Raven would feel? If, and that's a huge if, she comes back do you really think he's the first face she wants to see? We don't want a repeat of the incident again, do we?"
I held my head down in shame.
"He's right Beau. Sarah still has nightmares from that day. We can only imagine what she'll do to Michael if she sees him. Maybe we shouldn't tell her."
"We have to Chrys. Well, I have too."
They both looked at me with a confused look.
"Yes, I will tell her."
