~Ravens POV~
"Okay then. You three, go over there and wait for me. We'll discuss this soon."
The three that stepped forward did as told.
"Now for the rest of you Chrys, Beau, and Alex have your assignments. Train hard, because we're not going easy on you. You're dismissed."
Everyone went to them for their assignments. I had a few lessons to teach myself. I stood in front of the three of them.
"Well, I can't say that I'm surprised. Well, not fully. Sam, it's been a while. I think the last time I saw you; my mate was putting you in your place. Guess I have to do the same."
He rolled his eyes. "Emily, I'm surprised. But I guess I shouldn't be. Wherever your owner goes, you go."
"Samuel is not my owner!"
The minute she said that Sam glared at her. She looked down in cowardice.
"You're just his pet, and pets do whatever their owners do."
She kept quiet.
"But you, Michael, I have to say you really surprised me. I thought Kurt cut your balls off since he had you on the run, instead of the other way around. But here you are, standing in front of me. You of all people, deserve to have your title stripped. I don't even know why you bothered."
"If you think I'm going to let you strip me of the honor my father gave me-"
"Not your real father. Your father abandoned you."
"He was my father. Blood ties or not, he was my father. And he gave me my title. I won't let you take that away from me."
"Is that so?" He nodded. "Very well. I heard y'all out, now it's my turn."
I pulled out a black flag, "If you've ever played Flag Football, then you know where this goes." I put the flag on my belt.
"If you want your original rankings and titles back, all you have to do is take my flag."
They all looked at each other. Emily spoke up, "That's it?"
"That's it."
"What are the rules?" Sam said.
"Simple, there are none. You can use whatever power you have; you can even shift if you want. As for me, I won't hold back either. Base for me is that tree over there." I pointed at the tree behind them, it was a bit far.
"You sure you don't want a closer base?" Emily said teasingly.
I chuckled, "None of you will lay so much as a fingertip on me. Now, when I win, you will keep the rankings and titles I gave you and work your way up like everyone else. Oh, and you have to run one thousand laps around the whole training field."
"What!" Michael spoke up, "One thousand? That's too much!"
"I can run five thousand laps in twenty minutes without breaking a sweat. I'm sure you can do a thousand, but I can't guarantee you won't break a sweat. Or that you could finish in twenty minutes or less."
"Fine. But if we win, you give us our original rankings back, and you run those five thousand laps, without breaking a sweat."
I smirked, "Fine with me. Are you ready?"
They looked at each other, they all shifted. "Let's begin."
They all ran at me, at the same time. I stood my ground and held my composure. Then Emily lunged at me, I dodged her. Then came Sam, then Michael. I dodged both of them, then ran towards the tree.
