Michael's POV~

I was getting ready to wrap it up for the night, until I heard my office door burst open. It was my Beta, Samuel. I had sent him and a few scouts to secure the perimeter.

By the look of his face, I could tell he didn't have good news.

"What happened?"

"We were outnumbered, we tried but they were too strong. We can't take to much more of this. At this rate, we'll be wiped out in two months at the most. What are we going to do?"

I sighed and started thinking. He's right, we can't let this continue much longer. There's only one thing we can do.

"Wake everyone up and start packing. We're moving, if my plan works then this will be the last time we'll move."

"But Michael, this will be the seventh time we've moved in the last five years. Are you sure about this?"

"I'm sure. We don't have much time. Get started."

He kneeled, "Yes Alpha."

I left him in the office and went to my bedroom. I threw on my pajamas, then flopped on the bed. I let out a long and depressing sigh.

The Rouges are getting stronger. They've nearly wiped us all out, and forced us out of our home six, going on seven times.

Their new alpha has had it out for us since that night five years ago. You would've thought he'd let it go by now. But I know now, he won't stop until I'm dead.

"Kurt, why can't we just talk this out."

I sighed and sat up, "I have no choice. It's now or never."

I got on the floor and kneeled on my bed, I interlocked my hands and closed my eyes.

"I pray to thee, Moon Goddess, Selene, hear my prayers. My pack is in danger, I don't know what to do. I've tried moving, I've tried to face them head on. It always backfires, and I come home defeated and more of my people end up dead.

Please, I know I'm not perfect. I've made so many mistakes, and I've hurt the one person who would've had my back to the very end. I know I've never prayed to you before, and I don't deserve your help.

But please, I'm begging you. Help me save my pack."

I sighed and turned my lights off. I then got in bed and looked out the window, the moon was glowing. It looked almost blue, it's beautiful. I turned over and went to sleep.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Michael, Alpha of the Moon Pack, Awaken."
I opened my eyes; I was on a beach. It felt cold, but the breeze felt nice and crisp against my cheek. I noticed I was no longer in my Pajamas; I was in a white long-sleeved shirt and white pants. No shoes, I wonder why?
"On this land, guest whom I deemed are unfit to be in my presence do not where shoes. You're lucky to be here at all."
I turned around and there was a beautiful woman who was in a long royal blue dress that was kind of sheer sitting on a throne.
Beside her was a man, he had on a three-piece royal blue suit. In his hand was a golden trident, could it be?
"I am Selene, the Moon Goddess."
"I am Poseidon, God of the Seas."
I hurried and kneeled before them, I couldn't believe I was standing before a powerful God and Goddess.
"Stand up boy." I could tell Poseidon was irritated,
I stood up, "Yes sir, I'm sorry."
"Why are wasting our time with him? He deserves to rot with his pathetic pack."
"Silence. You're a dear friend and I understand how you feel, but you are in my kingdom. It is my duty to answer my followers prayers. I brought you here because you asked me too if he decided to finally pray."
He let out a deep breath and rolled his eyes.
Selene stood up and walked towards me, I could feel my muscles tense. She was standing in front of me, I tried to avoid her gaze.
"Look into my eyes Michael."
I didn't want to but something was forcing me too, I was looking deep into her eyes. I tried to look away, but I couldn't. It felt like something was forcing me to look her in her eyes.
Finally, she blinked and walked back to her throne. I felt the force that was once there leave, I started breathing heavily. I felt like I was drowning, and I got a breathe of air.
"What was that?"
She sat down and looked at me with an emotionless expression, "I was looking into your soul, I needed to be sure I wasn't wasting my time by answering your prayers. Your intensions are pure, which is why you changed the name of your pack. Am I right?"
I stayed silent, "Your silence means that I am correct."
"Yes, your highness, I just want to save the few lives that are left in my pack."
"Why should she help you?! You're a worthless piece of shit!"
"Poseidon!"
I looked down in shame.
"Although I wouldn't put that crudely, he has a point, Michael. Tell me, why should I help you? Though I mourn my precious followers that lost their lives under your rule, it's your fault they met an early grave. You threw away your mate, caused her great pain. You threw away the one person that gave you a fighting chance, for a slut who never loved you. I'm starting to feel that this was a waste of my time."
I looked up and she stood up and started to walk away, Poseidon followed her.
"You're right."
She turned to look at me, so did Poseidon, "What was that?"
"I said you're right, both of you. I don't deserve your help, I messed up. You gave me my mate, because I was weak and selfish. I lost her forever. Though I don't deserve your help, I ask that you please help me save the few lives that are left in my pack. Not for me, but for them. For the mate that I treated so poorly, and for the lives that I have lost."
I kneeled, "I beg of you, save them. I could care less what happens to me, as long as those who still stand beside me, even though I don't deserve their loyalty, survive."
There was a long silence, they looked at each other then back to me.
"I'm sorry Michael, your packs fate has been sealed. I can't help you."
That was that. I failed my pack; I've finally lost this battle.
"Not quite."
I looked up and seen Selene Looking at Poseidon questioningly, "Poseidon?"
"Yes Selene?"
"What are you doing?"
"Isn't it obvious, I'm going to help him."
