Chapter 4

(Authors Note, "This font means Blake is talking" "This font means Ruby is talking" "This means they're speaking in unison" I hope this is less confusing on who is speaking.")

Raven's POV~

"So, your mother is the infamous Gorgon Medusa?" 

"Yes." 

"And your father is the none other the God of the sea."

 "That is correct."

"And our mother, trained you to find us?"

"Well actually no. Something happened back home, and I left. I went to your mother for guidance, and she trained me to gain better control of my powers. I was supposed to go back but,"

I took a long pause, the memories started crawling back. "I couldn't. I decided to come to the human world. That's when your mother told me about you guys. I promised that I would bring you back with me when I was ready to go back."

They looked at each other and nodded, "When do we leave? "  

"Tomorrow. I have to get my affairs in order before we leave. In the meantime, Blake do me a favor." 

"Yes?"

I grabbed her arm and made her stand in front of Beau and interlocked their hands. They looked each other in the eyes and smiled, "Take the time to get to know your mate. Because once we go home, it might be a while before you get the chance again."

She nodded, "Thank you." 

"You're welcome. Ruby, come with me I need your help to get things together before we leave." 

"Yes ma'am."  

"Everyone, get ready. We have a lot to get done."

Me and Ruby went to my in-home office, while Beau and Blake left to get to know each other. This is going to be a long night.

~Time skip 4 hours later~

"Alright, everything is in order Raven. We'll have Miranda look after your real estate clients. You already had appointments booked for the next year. Blake and I will send out emails to give them a heads up on the change of plans."

"Okay, what about-"

"Already covered. While Marcus will be in charge of the minor things, you will have to attend certain meetings for Rave's Fashion. But when the time comes, I will make sure that you can attend them via video chat."

"Okay, and what about the models?"

"Well since me and Blake are your top models, every now and then we'll have to come back and attend the shoots. But mostly, Erica will take care of that.

I smiled with satisfaction, "Sounds like we're ready. I'm going to get packing." I got up from my desk and started to leave. 

"Wait, can we talk?"

"Sure." I sat back down, "What's on your mind?"

"Well, I was wondering...can you tell me about her?"

I looked confused, "Who?"

  "My mom. What's she like? Does she even...remember us?"

I grabbed her hand, "Ruby, your mom loves you guys. She misses you terribly. Your mother is an amazing woman. Because of her I've become the person I am today. She taught me everything I know. When she did finally open up about you guys, awe man, she would go on nonstop about the time she did have with you guys.
