Chapter Sixteen: Audition Part 1

I had woken up extra early today. Its been a four days since the incident with Baekhyun and me meeting Bangtan. I've decided that the past is in the past. I will just focus on the present so that I can have a better future. If I don't move past these things then I can't get better.

Today was the day. My audition for yg ended two hours ago. I'm still shaking. I was that nervous.

I think it went pretty well.

Mino and Taehyun were there too. They kept on making silly faces behind some of the other idols.

I'm supposed to recieve a letter saying whether I got in or not in a few weeks. In that time I'm also going to be preparing for my auditions at sm, jyp, and big hit. I decided that if I don't get into one of those four then I'll stop with this. If that's the case then I'm probably not very talented. I've already began prepping for my auditions at sm and jyp. They're on the same day sadly. I'll have two hours to practice my next audition and make it to jyp. I'm pretty nervous that I won't get there. Then there's auditions at big hit, which will be in two weeks. I'm pretty busy with this.

Right now I had already began preparing for auditions at SM and JYP.

For SM, I'll be doing Jonghyun's song Hallelujah, Taemin's song Pretty Boy, and Amber's song Beautiful. I think I can handle that much.

And for JYP, I decided on got7's songs A and Girls Girls Girls. And I also want to do 2pm's adtoy. I haven't decided what to do for the big hit auditions yet.

I turned on the music and began dancing. I remembered what Yang Hyun Suk had to say about my audition.

"Miss Song. You definitely have talent. You can dance, sing and rap. However there are also certain flaws I want to address."

I nodded.

"You can easily copy a dance or sing a song, but there are two things you lack. One, you're lacking feeling. When that occurs, your performance is very boring to watch. Its similar to a child blindly reciting words without adding any emotion to it. Second, you lack precision. You were off many times while singing and dancing. You should kniw it like the back of your hand. Other than that, good job. Send the next person in."

I focused harder. I need to know the songs like the back of my hand. The dances should come naturally.

I stopped and sat on the studio floor.

Why is it so hard? I took a deep breath, but I can't calm down. I can't shake off this feeling.
