Chapter Nineteen: Good Night Kiss

"Yeobeoseyo?" I answered sluggishly.

I really need to get some more sleep.

"Yah! Did you forget we're hanging out today?!" Taehyung yelled.

Sorry oppa, I already did.

"It just happened like that..sorry oppa. I'm going to go get ready now, OK?"

"Aish this girl..hurry!" He hung up the call.

I raced through my room and layed out my clothes on the bed. I speedily took a shower and brushed my teeth then changed as fast as I could. I tied up my hair in a messy bun and went into my kitchen and made some toast.

I was weaeing a short sleeve black button up shirt and a pair of black ripped skinny jeans. I pulled on a pair of black spiked converse. Is it too much black? Nah~ I ate my toast and grabbed my phone and wallet, putting on a pair of sunglasses.

Mino already left to go to the company. He has to practice for an upcoming event. He won't tell me what it is, though.

I clicked send, chuckling. It was way too fun to mess with my brother.

I walked to where I was supposed to meet up with Taehyung while singing along to Iggy Azalea's 'Black Widow'. I really love American music, mainly pop and certain hip hop artists. I don't care about all the rumours people are spreading about her. Who cares about the past? We're living in the present right? So let's focus on the present so that we can have a brighter future. That's my motto.

"Minhye ssi~ That was fast!" Taehyung exclaimed.

I smiled.

"I keep my word. I said I wouldn't keep you waiting right?"

"Let's go?" He motioned me to their (bangtans) van.

"Ne." I nodded.

We walked over to the van which took us over to big hit ENT where bangtan was.

"You know, I actually wanted to hang out alone today. But all of our schedules were emptied for the day." Taehyung explained.

"Ah really? But we don't know each other all that well, wouldn't it have been boring after a while?" I asked him.

AT least, that's how I would feel.

"How could I be bored in the company of such a beautiful girl?" He asked.

I laughed at his answer. He isn't serious right?

"You're really funny oppa~ C'mon, let's go now." I said.

"Yeah, let's go~"

"Taehyung is back!!" Jimin shouted.

"Hyung brought Minhye!" Jungkook yelled even louder.

All of the members stood up to greet us. Well, mainly me, they ignored Taehyung oppa. I feel bad for him.

"This is why I wanted to hang out alone. I won't even get to talk to you at this rate." Taehyung pouted.

"Its OK Taehyungie~ We can hang out more after, right?" I offered.

He smiled and nodded yes.

"Minhye, I heard you auditioned here yesterday?" Jin asked.

"Yeah, I used your song danger for it." I told him.

"Really? I hope you get in, we could see each other more often."

"Yeah, maybe. I also applied to three other companies, so its gonna be a hard decision if I get accepted to more than one, if any at all."

"Just follow you're heart then. We all know it will lead you to me." Suga said.

"No..don't get too full of yourself now. I like you're rapping and dancing skills, what I said before has nothing with me liking you as a person." I said honestly.

I don't know how I was brave enough to admit that, but its too late now.

"Yeah, she likes me already so just give up quietly." Taehyung said proudly.

"What? Oppa when did I ever say that?" I asked

"Actions speak louder than words." He shrugged.

Like seriously?!

"I have someone I like already oppa. I told you already." I said upset.

He's teasing me even though I already told him about it.

"You're that close already? Hyung, I'm jealous." Jungkook said.

"Well..if it helps, our fans say that we look alike. Apparently he's my idol 'father'" He laughed.

"Whatever." I pouted

I don't like it when I get teased about things like that. Its annoying.

"Yah~~ I'm only teasing you. I'll stop now." Taehyung apologized.

"Its fine." I mumbled.

"Minhye, let's play a game!" Jungkook suggested.

This Maknae is full of life~

"Ani..I have to steal her for a bit."

I looked over at Taehyung and he grabbed my hand, pulling me with him.

"Are you hungry?"

My stomach answered for me.

"I guess that's a yes." He chuckled.

I looked at the ground in shame. That was soo embarrassing..

"We're here already." He smiled.

His smile is really charming.

"Oppa..isn't this place too expensive?" I asked.

Knowing him, he would want to pay for both of us.

"Nope. Let's go already."

I followed him inside the restaurant.

Its really pretty here.

"What do you want?" He asked as the waiter came for our orders.

"Hmm..I'll take this." I told her as I pointed at the item on the menu.

She nodded and wrote it down.

"Your orders will be out soon."

"So..why did you drag me here all of a sudden? Not that I mind.." I asked curiously.

"Because I wanted to be alone with my girl." He answered seriously.

I almost choked on my water hearing that. This guy is way too flirty.

"Oppa. You should mind what you say. You never know when your fans are around, they might mistake us for a couple if you keep acting like that." I said.

He only smirked at me.

"Well what if I want people to think you're my girlfriend then?" He asked back.

"Oppa, seriously. Stop it." I pouted.

"Fine. You like someone already, I get it. But don't forget that I'll always be waiting for you."

The rest of the night was quiet. We ate in silence and then he drove me home.

Taehyung opened the car door and walked me to my front steps.

"Good night Taehyung oppa." I offered him a small smile.

He stepped closer and kissed me on the cheek. Surprised, I steppes farther away from him.

"Good night darling."

He walked away without even a small smile and drove away while I still stood there out of shock.
