Chapter Four: My New Best Friend (edited)

[A/N: So the next few chapter (ten or less since she knows Sehun and baek) will be how Minhye meets the rest of the members along with some added conflict. I'll spend extra long working on these chapters so that they'll come out nice. Enjoy!]

Its morning and I'm still in shock. Maybe he didn't actually mean to say honey. It probably didn't mean anything to him, but it definitely shook me up. First he practically kidnaps me and takes me to his dorm. Takes me to his room and acts all sweet, then calls me late at night to tell me goodnight. If I'm correct this could be seen as an act of love? So there's a chance that Sehun might like me?

This is seriously bothering me.

I need to get some fresh air. Maybe that will help to clear my head.

I grabbed my coat and threw it on.

Maybe if I ask Mino he'll know what's up with him...? Actually no. That would be a bad idea, I can't imagine how he would react.

Laughing at the thought of Mino's reaction, I walked outside.

I took a deep breath and began to walk around.

Should I go shopping today? I feel like checking out a few stores at the mall.

I finally decided to just go for a walk around the neighborhood. I left my wallet at home, so shopping is definitely out. I'll just enjoy the scenery. Seoul is a very beautiful place after all.

As I was walking my mind began to wander. Why is Sehun always there at the least expected times? He keeps on trying to get closer to me..but why does he want to? He's a kpop idol and I am just some girl. I don't want to get my hopes up anyway. Maybe he's just messing with me? I'm their fan, they were nice to me at the fanmeet, but he doesn't need to extend it any further so why? Do I really look that desperate or what? Maybe he's really trying to mess with my head? But then again he has no reason to and I don't believe that Sehun is like that.

He's seriously driving me crazy.

"Who's driving you crazy?"

Wtf??!

I jumped like three feet in the air just now. I swear this guy scared the crap out of me just now. Wait...did I just think out loud? Dang..

I turned around to see....KIM JONGDAE??!!

I bowed a full ninety degrees to him. "안녕하세요 Jongdae oppa!" I said in a whisper/shout. I don't want people to notice him so he doesn't get swarmed by fans. Idols need privacy too, I should be considerate since they are our source of entertainment after all.

He chuckled then sent me a really sincere looking smile. "Ahaha, no need to be so formal Minhye-ya. You're really too cute, no wonder Sehun likes you so much. Hmm, too bad our 막내 has his eyes on you already, I won't go after a girl that one of my brothers likes. Too bad."

I froze. Okay....what just happened here? Exo's Chen knows my face, my name.. Sehun told him about me...and I think he just hit on me as well or maybe I'm just really crazy.

"Yes I know you, Sehun told all of us about you actually, but we haven't got the chance to meet you since our schedules are seriously crazy right now. And no I wasn't trying to hit on you so please don't misunderstand me. I told you just now right? Sehun likes you, I won't go after a girl who my brother likes. But if Sehun ever hurts you, just fall into my arms." He winked at me just now.

Why do I keep thinking out loud like that?? I look like an idiot right now.

"Minhye? Are you OK? Did I come on too strong or what?" He laughed.

His laugh is so heavenly..

I might start crying right now, how am I so lucky.

"Minhye??"

He was staring at me now. I feel really self concsious now. If I knew I would be meeting an exo member I would have dressed up more.

"I'm sorry. What did you say?" I asked

Keep your cool Minhye, you can do it.

"Where are you headed right now?"

"No where actually, I was just going for a stroll."

He stopped talking for a while. Did I say something wrong? Is it my appearance? He's staring at me right now, I don't know if I can take this.

"You seem distressed." He concluded.

Oh? Is it that obvious?

"Hmm..don't worry about it 오빠."

"Of course I'm worried about it. You're our fan, and I care so much about all of you. I really want to be close to you too, so of course I will be worried if you are not feeling well."

Awww...I swear he is so sweet. His future girlfriend would be so lucky to have someone so kindhearted.

"Minhye you keep thinking out loud you know? But thanks, you will be a very lucky girl soon."

Well crap.

"Hahaha! You should see your face! I'm only teasing you. But seriously, what's the matter."

"..Sehun. I don't know if he really likes me or if he is just messing around. Or maybe he's just worried about me as a fan."

"Yah how many times should I tell you? Sehun likes you a lot. Don't worry. He has good intentions."

"Thank you 오빠. You just lifted a huge weight off my shoulders."

"No problem. Anything for my new best friend."

"New best friend?"

"Yep. If I can't make you mine then of course I will go for the next best thing. Let's be close okay?"

"Okay. I promise to share everything with you then."

"As do I."
