kuroo felt his phone vibrate from beside him.

he was currently doing his homework, he decided to ignore the text message until he finished his homework

two hours later

kuroo had just finished his homework when he got a phone call

he saw it was bokuto, he answered the phone and put it near his ear

"KUROBROOO GUESS WHATTT" bokuto yelled loudly which made kuroo wince

"stop yelling bro, now tell me what happened ?" kuroo said and he heard bokuto squeal from the other line of the phone

"my aggashe asked me out" bokuto said excitedly and kuroo chuckled

"i'm happy for you bo. i know how much you like him" kuroo said and bokuto smiled which kuroo couldn't tell

"thanks kuroo, it means a lot, we have a date on saturday and i'm so excited, he's currently sleeping on my lap right now" bokuto said

"you yelled, when he's sleeping on your lap" kuroo said

"oops ? he's a deep sleeper though so he didn't wake up, besides he's comfortable since i'm running my hand through his beautiful hair... i'm so whipped right ?" bokuto asked and kuroo chuckled

"well of course, it's okay. i'm whipped too" kuroo stated

"yeah for your precious kenma, now are you ever gonna tell him the truth ?" bokuto asked

"... um maybe..? what's the point. i'm dating mika remember ?" kuroo stated and bokuto sighed

"you're forced to date her, besides you're 20 now. you don't have to listen to your parents, you don't live with them" bokuto said

"cause i live at a dorm idiot, besides i just applied for a job so that's good right ?" kuroo asked

"yeah, see now just tell kenma"

"as if he'd ever talk to me, i.. i did unforgivable things to him. it was a miracle he even forgave me but what i texted him... that was the last straw bo"

"tch you were forced to make him hate you kuroo, that wasn't your doin-" "but me pushing him over a misunderstanding was." kuroo said as he cut bokuto off

".. yeah that was your fault, but still i feel it in my bones. you guys are meant for eachother" kuroo shook his head

"he deserves someone who won't treat him like shit like i did" bokuto groaned in annoyance

"i'm gonna beat the shit out of you, just.. trust me, now i have to go before my aggashe wakes up" bokuto said and kuroo sighed

"bye bro" kuroo said "bye bye"

kuroo hanged up and looked at his lock screen. he dropped his phone when he saw kenma had actually texted him.

kuroo breath hitched. "h-he unblocked me..?" kuroo said in disbelief

he picked up his phone. his hand was shaking, he looked at the message

kenma:
what did you mean by the truth ?

kuroo:
kenma..? you unblocked me ?

kenma:
no shit sherlock. how else am i texting you

kuroo:
rude :(

kenma:
yeah yeah whatever, now what did you mean by the truth ? is there something you didn't tell me ?

kuroo:
..maybe.?

kenma:
tell me then

kuroo:
...
can i tell you in person ?

kenma:
.
fine.

kuroo:
okay um tomorrow when class is over wanna go to the cafe near the school ?

kenma:
yeah fine whatever. bye kuroo
