Principal's POV

"I assume you guys know why you were summoned here" I say. "No not really " the blonde girl says. "Well let me tell you something, You guys are very lucky it's the last day of school, otherwise it would be OSS for all of you guys. "W-what's t-that" the terrified kid says. He is practically shaking. " out of school suspension" he goes pale. I'm going to let you guys off easy because I've heard different stories from each of our witnesses. "Who were the witnesses?" The avocado kid asks. "That's confidential information" I say. The blonde girl speaks up and says " I know! It was Maki, Kaito, Miu, and K1B0." "I can't confirm or deny that " I say, after all, I don't want to be fired like Ms Smith. "What! They literally hate us! Of course they are going to say we did something because they are thirsty for revenge after the prank we pulled on them.." the avocado kid says. "Yeah! That's not fair at all!" The blonde girl says. "Don't talk back to me!" I say loudly. This seems to scare them so I'm back in control now. " you should be very grateful, I'm only giving you detention" "GRATEFUL? We shouldn't be getting detention at all because we didn't do anything!" The avocado says. "Would you like summer school instead? I can gladly enroll you all right now!" The terrified kid stands up, covers avocado kid's mouth and says loudly and shakily, "N-NOO P-PLEASE DONT-T, D-DETENTION IS F-FINE." I then say " ok then! Detention it is!" I'm honestly really glad because it would be a pain in the butt to enroll these kids in summer school.

Shuichi's POV

Oh-my-god that was so close. All my nervousness went away as I heard those wonderful words,, detention. I suddenly have an urge to go to the bathroom. "May I please go to the bathroom Mr. Principal?" "Yes, but first give me your name so I can put your detention in the records." My heart drops as I remember my perfect record.. but at least I don't have to go to summer school. "Shuichi Saihara" I say. He glances at his computer and a disappointment expression appears on his face. "A perfect record, just gone to waste.. " he said as he added a 1 to the 'detention count' box. I happen to see Kokichi's record and I see he has the number 83 in the detention box which for some strange reason, makes me feel better. I start heading to the principal's private bathroom and the door handle is sticky for some reason, I don't think much of it and I walk inside.

Kaede's POV

Me and Rantaro go into the hallway and he looks really mad. I've never seen him this mad and we've been friends for a long time. He said " this is BS I can't believe we got detention for nothing!" I say, " yeah, it's really dumb". I'm honestly not bothered by the detention part, it just really annoys me that I don't get to spend time alone with Rantaro anymore. To make conversation, I say "have you ever gone to detention before?" Rantaro says "yes, I've been a few times". I say, "yeah same". I've been to detention a lot actually, a lot of girls don't like me for some reason, my friend Miu said it's because they are jealous of how pretty I am, how good I am at piano, and that a lot of boys have a crush on me. The girls who hate me for some reason always lie and get me in trouble, so I'm used to it. But Rantaro on the other hand, barely gets in trouble, he's such a good-hearted person. My thoughts of Rantaro get interrupted by a high pitched scream..

Shuichi's POV

OH MY GOD THERE IS A DEAD FROG IN THE TOILET!!!!!!!

Rantaro's POV

After I hear Shuichi's screams I realize something, Kokichi was trying to prank the principal and put a dead frog in the toilet. Poor Shuichi, found a dead frog in the toilet that was meant for the principal...

Kokichi's POV

I here a scream and I jump out of my seat in excitement! " YES So that's what the principal's scream sounds like. I'm so lucky my social studies class is right near the office. I run into to hallway and I burst into the principals office to find a sight that I definitely didn't expect. The entire custodian team the bathroom in hazmat suits holding the dead frog with a pair of giant tongs, Shuichi-Chan passed out on the floor, the principal with a face as red as a tomato, and Kaede and Rantaro giving me a death stare. "Heyy guysss sup?" I say nervously. Rantaro says with an ice cold voice, "your dead Kokichi "
