Chapter 6: No I'm not perfect, but I hope you see my worth

 There maybe a lot of books and songs to read and listen to, but you're the only one I'm willing to open up and tune in.

As I comb my hair, a lot of things were gong through my mind. I'm wishing na when I met this someone that London set me up with, hindi ko naman sana siya gawing rebound. I'm wishing na he is also a good guy who could treat me right and someone who would make me feel that I deserve more than the world.

Too much rubbish thoughts came in my mind to the point that I almost forgot that I need to dress-up pa. I put a simple black mini skirt for my bottom, and then I wore a boyfriend white button down and top it off with a beige vest and to finish the outfit I wore a beige beret and I used my beige chanel bag and wore simple accessories as well.

With my make-up I did my brows using a brow gel only and put a simple red tint in my cheeks and onto my lips as well,   and I put a mascara and curled my eyelashes.

Then suddenly someone has been honking outside already so I hurriedly ask for London's attention.

Lia: London can you help ate muna, can you come up here, let Damien answer that someone.

London: Wait ate, coming up. Babe can you answer Alex, that's him na eh. Papasukin mo ah wag mong takutin ok.

Damien: di mo sure bleh.

Lia: London faster sksksjsjsssk.

London: Ito naman si ate wait lang, napakalaki naman kasi ng bahay mo tapos ikaw lang mag-isa, tsaka bakit ang daming hagdan ka-stress ka.

Lia: So skskskks I don't know, how do I look London?

tahimik niya kong tinignan na para bang baliw, her eyes moved from the bottom of my toes up to my head. Kinakabahan tuloy ako kung hindi ba bagay sa akin ang suot ko or baka na sobrahan ng accessories or pangit sa akin yung make-up ko. I don't know. Ayoko lang talaga mag-mukhang clown sa date na to. Ugh I don't even know kung date nga ba ito. Maybe a simple hangout, grr I still don't know, hanggang ngayon nagpapanic ako because she isn't saying anything at all.

Lia: Girl ano na?? Can you at least blurt out a single word, kasi nagpapanic ako here please lang.

London:  I'm sorry, I was just speechless. It's my first time seeing you in a mini skirt and with some accessories on you. I always see you wearing formal with some blazer in blazing heat but then, damn she's slaying.

Lia: Oo nga it's my first time too, ayos kasi London okay ba?

London: Dude honest opinion as in no joke, if ever I was a guy, damn tagal na siguro natin and girl, I've never seen anyone look so ready to kill it.  You look like a sweet girl but at the same time you're daring like I don't know but damn your style is everything.  Can you also tell me where you got every single thing you're wearing right now. Don't spare any details okie. Damn bro, you look expensive as hell. 

Lia: Grr ewan ko sayo London, puro ka puri parang wala tuloy akong tiwala sa mga pinagsasabi mo.

London: Ano ba ate believe me diyan ko rin nagayuma si Damien eh,  style is everything you know. Ate saglet, I'm going down na, I'll assist him muna baka takutin ni Damien.

hahahahah sana pala matagal na akong nag-ayos no, baka sakaling nagayuma ko siya hays buhay nga talaga. Ang sarap lang magmakaawa, alam mo yun, na sana ako na lang, sana ako na lang yung napili.
