"Yay. Finally made it."
Y/N cheered as she took out the tray of freshly prepared caramel chocolate.
The tempting and sweet aroma of the cocoa-caramel dish filled the midnight air. Placing it on the counter, she proceeded to decorate the piece.
After successfully accomplishing the task, she took out her phone and called Haizaki after a lot of mental discussion whether he would be awake at that time or not.
After a procession of rings, he answered.
"Hey Cherry. What's up? Everything alright?"
She instantly felt guilty given how tired he sounded.
"Hey... I am sorry if I disturbed your sleep."
He chuckled at her concern.
"Don't be sorry idiot. I wasn't sleeping. Got an essay to complete so didn't slept."
"Ummm.. Will it be alright if you come here right now?"
She was about to hang up for there was no response which she assumed he might be busy, when he spoke.
"Open the door."
With a wide smile, she stormed over to the door and opened it. He chuckled at her enthusiasm.
"So what happened?"
She grabbed his hand and dragged him towards her room. His eyes wandered around the room finally taking notice of the decoration which he couldn't last time when she was sick.
While she was gone for something, his eyes spotted a familiar picture on the side of the mirror. It was the photo they took at their first date. The picture reminded him to ask her out on a date.
The door clicked distracting him and he turned around to see his girlfriend who had a wide smile. With an amused expression, he hugged her from behind and sat on the bed.
"So can I know the reason why my girlfriend called me to her room in the middle of the night?" He smirked which made her blush for she knew what he was thinking and about to say.
"Mou... It's not like that!!" She playfully punched his shoulder while hiding her flushed face in his shoulder.
Suddenly, the booming sound of the clock was heard as the arms struck 12 o'clock.
"Just wait here."
His eyebrows furrowed as she got away from his arms and stormed out.
