Helping you guys learn some japanese

I got requested to do this so if you dont want to learn some Japanese then i suppose you can skip this chapter and other chapters in the future =)

  oh also i am not japanese but i am learning it so i can help you gus learn it as i learn it and ill do my best to teach you as best as i can

Okay so to start it off, When we meet a person for the first time,  We say "Hajimemashite " Which basically means " Nice to meet you." When we say hajimemashite we should bow a little.

After you say "Hajimemashite" you would probably say your name and so you can say "Watashi wa (Y/N) Desu."  Orrr "Watashino namae wa (Y/N) Desu."

After you have introduced yourself you can say "Douzo yoroshiku" Which means pleased to meet you but its literal definition is "Be good to me".

So uh to say good morning you would say:

° Ohayou (To family/Friends since its informal)

°Ohayou gozaimasu ( To elders or your boss/ Sensei since you say thisto be formal )

The word "Gozaimasu" Doesnt mean anything itself but we do say it to express politeness and to be formal.

Konnichiwa means hello.

Konbanwa means good evening.

Arigatou (Gozaimasu) Means thankyou

Sumimasen means im sorry/Excuse me (Basically we say this to get someones attention)

Ways to appologise:

°Gomen'nasai
°Gomen ne
°Gomen

Ways to say goodbye:

°Sayonara=Goodbye (Only say this before a long seperation)

°Jaa mata=See you later (We usually say this to our friends/Family since its informal)

° shitsurei shimasu= Goodbye (Formally so say this to teachers, Bosses and elders)

So we know "Watashi" Means "I" In formal contexts, Men and women both use "watashi" When reffering to themselves. In informal contexts, It is usually only women who say/use "watashi".

For informal contexts, The most popular ways to say "I" are "Boku" and "Ore" and are mostly used by men.

Boku = I (Usually said when meeting new friends and it conveys that the speaker has a soft masculine personality)

Ore = I (Usually said when on a date but ore is used to show a strong sense of masculinity)

Now im going to teach you a little hirigana.

あ= A   か= Ka    さ= Sa   た = Ta
い= I    き= Ki     し= Shi   ち=Chi  に= Ni
う= U  く= Ku  す= Su   つ= Tsu  ぬ=Nu
え=E   け=Ke   せ=Se  て=Te 
お=O  こ=Ko   そ=So  と=To  の=No
(This is just the hirigana i remember/Learnt so far )

にく=Niku= Meat (Conny is real meat)
すし= Sushi
いち= Ichi= One
に= Ni= Two
さん=San= Three
れこ=Neko= Cat
