“Wow, that’s… A Lot.” Jungkook sighs out as Jimin finishes summing what happened between the two quietly.

Jimin nods as he tugs on his gloves.

“Other than their history together. What’s running through your pretty head?”

Jimin looks up at Jungkook before looking back down at his hands.

“I don’t know actually. It’s all fuzzy.”

Jungkook hums in understanding as he rubs Jimin’s arm. His phone begins to ring and he quickly grabs it before answering.

“Hello?”

“Daddy! Where are you and Minmin?!”

Jungkook stands up and tells Jimin he’ll be right back before going outside to continue talking.

“Pup, you should be asleep.”

There’s a ruffling sound followed by Prince’s giggles.

“Stay in bed little boy.” Yong-sun scolded before speaking to Jungkook.

“I was calling to speak with you but your little boy took it from me. Anyway, are you busy?”

“Nah. Just waiting for some news about Jimin’s father.” Jungkook looked up to the dark sky with his hand in his pocket as the other held the phone up to his ear.

“Okay perfect, we were all talking-”

“Who’s we?”

“Well, your main people. Me, Joon, Lisa, Jennie-”

“Okay, okay, I get it. Continue.”

“We realized we’re sort of slacking in people in the mafia. The people that were either killed or left and then Jessica…”

“I get it.” Jungkook sighed.

“So we think we should find one more person.”

“It’s not as easy as you make it sound. I don’t exactly trust anyone right now.”

“Yeah yeah I know.”

Yong-sun sighed before continuing. “Maybe you can go on a search later? Everyone can talk to them and see if they trust them.”

Jungkook is quiet for a second before speaking.

“After the mission, we can see.” Jungkook confirms.

“Great! See you later tonight?”

“I don’t know actually. I don’t think he’ll want to stay but he’ll probably want to stay until he knows what happened to his dad.”

Yong-sun hums before saying her goodbyes and hanging up. He walks back into the hospital and sees Halo slowly walking towards the waiting room.

Jimin stood up immediately as Taehyung stood up with Liz a little later.

“Pa, what happened?” Liz asked as he and Jimin walked to their father.

The two alphas standing back knowing it’s a family matter.

“Your father, he, uh.” Halo struggles, Jimin cups his father's face.

“What happened, pa?”

Halo touched Jimin’s hands softly with his own.

“He had a heart attack.”

Liz’s knees grew weak before Jimin caught him and rubbed his side.

“Is he okay now?” Jimin asks.

Halo softly nods.

“He’s stable and will recover.”
