As the paramedics pulled the stretcher out of the building with Maddie on it Mackenzie watched and cried. Her mother had gained consciousness again but still had to go to the hospital.
She ran up to her mother and gave her kiss as tears rolled down her cheeks. Nia and Kendall were comforting her and were balling as well. They had finally realised how badly they had been treating the Ziegler sisters. They were ashamed of themselves.
Mackenzie ran up to her sister as they pulled her into the ambulance. She looked down at her sister as tears dripped onto her face that was covered in blood. The paramedics moved away to give her some time with her sister.
Mackenzie hugged Maddie and Nia and Kendall came over and joined in. They all wept over her body. The paramedics came back over and pulled the girls away. "We need to get her to the hospital is there is any chance of her surviving" they said as they pulled her stretcher into the ambulance.
"Is she going to be okay" Mackenzie asked them hopefully. "Is she your sister?" One of them asked her. Mackenzie nodded her head slowly. "I'm sorry, we don't think she's going to make it" they said.
