Angel woke up to find Cree cuddled up on his chest. He definitely was a cuddler it seemed. He found it rather cute and charming and pet his soft hair. He took note of the slightly toned arms of the male, his tank top allowing him to see more of his body than usual. It was intriguing to see Cree like this, knowing not many got to. He ran his fingers through the blue hair and noticed one of his cat ears had a small ring in it, a decorative earring. He played with it and Cree started to stir, stretching like a cat and yawning.

"Oh, shit, I slept like a baby." He rubbed his eyes and looked at Angel.

"Sorry, I slept on you huh?" He laughed.

Angel blushed.

"Oh, I don't mind at all.." He smiled slyly.

"Okay, good." He got up and pulled on a hoodie, while Angel watched, and heading to the bathroom.

Angel relaxed and ran his hand through his hair. Wow. He had never such good sleep, he felt warm all night. Soft and cuddly partner, those were rare here. He sighed in contentment and huddled in the warm blankets. Now, if he could just have Cree to himself, everything would be right in the world. He stopped thinking suddenly. Cree did mention him being a cuddler with other people, it was a little disheartening but he pushed away that feeling of jealousy and decided to focus on the warmth of Cree's soft blankets. He sunk in.

"Angel? You in there?" He heard a voice before he felt someone jump on him.

"I WILL FIND YOU! HOLD ON!" Cree screeched and dug through the blankets dramatically.

Angel giggled and slid deeper in the blankets, wriggling away from Cree as he searched. He loved the playful side to Cree. He yelped when he felt Cree grab his leg.

"I FOUND YOU! ILL SAVE YOU ANGEL!" He laughed and pulled Angel as Angel tried to scurry away before finding the edge of the bed. He cried out as he fell off the bed with a loud thud. Cree stopped and looked over the bed.

"Are you okay, Ange?" He peeked over the bed, holding back a laugh.

Angel opened up the covers and starts to laugh hysterically. He is tearing up, and Cree starts laughing at him too, pointing and crying. They giggle at Angel's spot on the floor before Angel stops and smiles evilly. Cree ceases laughing in surprise before Angel pulls the blanket out from under him and Cree falls off the bed on top of him. He lets out a yelp and crashes onto the floor. Angel was laughing again with Cree dying on top of him. They smile and sigh before Angel realizes their position, Cree leaning over him, after trying to adjust himself. He stops and stares at Cree, who slowly wipes his tear filled eyes and looks at Angel. He smiles at him and leans down, Angel's heart in his throat, and nuzzles his face against his.

"You're fun Ange." He smirks at him, blue eyes sparkling and rolls off, skipping to the kitchen.

Angel is in shock. He wasn't supposed to be surprised but he almost expected something else. He ran his fingers through his hair and shakes it off, heading to the bathroom to freshen up and change. Best sleepover he's ever had, hands down, in applause.

...........

Vox scraped his nails against his desk after hearing the intercom telling him to come to Valentino's office. He had to put up with him for now, the relationship always brimming from one extreme to another. Right now it was rather moot. Odd for Val.

He walked begrudgingly to the pimp's office, already tired of the conversation they were going to have. He knocked on the door.

"You know you can come in, Vox." He heard the dark voice whisper.

He walked in and saw the overlord smoking at his desk, sifting through the recorded files. He rolled his eyes at the massive control freak. He had many names to call Val. He waited patiently for him to address the issue, already tired.

"Y'know, I've been seeing Leroy lately...I hope that's of no concern to you," Val didn't even acknowledge him, staring at the screen.

Vox knew this was a ploy to display anger and jealousy, it was a continuous follow up with every breakup. He didn't give a shit. He only cared about Val for that one week, and he grew bored of him since then. Vox didn't bite.

"And?" He said, rather bored. His distorted voice gave away no emotion, because there simply wasn't any.

Val squinted at his computer and tried not to let his anger show. No, Vox wasn't biting.

"Anything else you want from me, Valentino?" He checked his nails. Val wouldn't fight back, he had just enough power as him.

"Well, I have at least thirteen hours of editing on these videos here you need to finish today, don't slack off," He threw the flash drive to Vox. Vox caught it with ease and left the room.

"Of course," He rolled his eyes and left the office.

Velvet was outside the door and smiled evilly at him, obviously eavesdropping. He scoffed at the doll demon, and walked off back to his office. Velvet scurried after him, skipping with glee.

"Sooooo...you tired of his shit?" She smirked.

"Always have been, Vel, is this new information?!" He spat at her, seething with unrequited rage, as he sat in his office chair.

"Easy there, Voxy, you'll split a wire again and I'll have to fix it, AGAIN." She said in his face.

"I can take only so much... gah!" He scratches his desk.

"Hey, wanna do a three-way kill? Just like in the olden days? It always makes you feel better." She says sweetly.

"Anything to help this migraine," He rubs his head and his memories play like a movie.

His thoughts raced to the card again, the simple material, catching his attention. Why did he fail to remember this one? It glittered, why? His processing unit was failing him once again. His memories distorted. He sighed in frustration. He had to remember. It was a spark, he needed a flame of memory.
