Clyde had landed softly, pure white light around him. He wakes with a start, looking around, calling a name. Someone's name. Who was Angel?

"Yes, angels indeed," a voice answered.

He gasped and looked up to see a kind looking face, a halo above his head, and swathed in white cloth, cyan blue light emanating at the hems of the finest linen he'd ever seen. He started to hyperventilate, pushing himself away. Memories of the creatures that wore goats horns and masks, covered in grey and yielding weapons that tore his parents down resurfaced. His parents, he remembered them now.

"Calm down, Clyde. You are safe here. We shall not harm you," the pale creature spoke, he didn't wear the horns or mask, just a calm expression and his eyes were an alarming sky blue.

"I don't know that...Your kind killed my family..." He gasped for breath.

The creature gave a chuckle and shook his head.

"Those are exterminators my friend, they do not kill here. Do not worry." His voice soft as silk.

"Who are you?" Clyde looked at the angel, just now noticing the large cyan wings tucked behind him.

"I'm Uriel, Guardian of Eden," He spoke gentle.

"W-Where am I?" He had an idea where he was but he had to hear it from this angel.

"Heaven of course...well, a judgement room, of sorts. We haven't yet seen a situation like yours before. Many say, an impossible situation." His blue eyes became more narrow and reached out a hand to help up Clyde.

Clyde stared at it before taking his hand. He took a moment to see he was draped in a white robe. The angel pulled him closer to him and smiled, letting a hand touch his hair.

"My, my for a demon you are quite a lovely color. Red is very much overrated I must say," He looked over Clyde in what seemed fascination.

Clyde looked down and heard an unseen door open, with a heavy push. He watched as another large angel walked in, a human like creature with silver hair and two sets of wings, along with all white draped entourage of about six angels, all with wings and halos.

"Uriel, don't patronize the little one, I don't know how he got here but there must be a reason. We must wait for Gabriel." He spoke.

"Of course Azalea, I was just calming the poor soul," the soft voice was back, his hand resting gently on the small of his back.

Clyde was a little overwhelmed but allowed the creature to comfort him.

Azalea walked over and stood near Uriel, giving the intruder a snide look of curiosity, his hands folded behind his back.

"Clyde is it?" He narrowed his eyes.

"Yes," He nodded as he replied back.

"Hm," a trumpet sounded suddenly.

Everyone stood to attention as a larger entourage entered the room, gold halos and wings adorned them. A large angel walked in, also swathed in pale white robes and radiating gold, a large gold halo emanating above his head. He had a very confident smile but softened at the edges. He dismissed his entourage and walked over to Clyde and the other two angels.

"Clyde McKinney, my my, it's very nice to meet you. I'm Gabriel," he spoke in a voice that sounded like tinkling bells.

Clyde looked shocked.

"Gabriel, right on time," Azalea checked his watch.

"Pleasant afternoon, isn't it Gabriel," Uriel smiled at the large archangel.
