We made it to the last chapter for season one, yay! I have a bit of news as well. I'm going back through the older chapters and trying to fix some things, nothing that affects the story though. Also, thank you so much for 50+ votes, and on with the story :)"You monster. I'll kill you for what you've done." Nagisa says as he shakily stands up while Takaoka laughs.
"That's the spirit, boy. Show me your kill face! Come at me with everything you've got!" Takaoka yells.
"It's happened. Nagisa's snapped." Kataoka says softly.
"Alright, let's be honest here for a second. Sure we all want to kill him, but Nagisa might do it." Yoshida says, concerned. "Can't say I saw it coming."
"No. Someone has to stop this." Korosensei says. Suddenly, Terasaka throws one of the stun guns. It flies through the air before whacking Nagisa on the back, making him lurch forward while Terasaka breathes heavily.
"Get over yourself! Dumbass!" Terasaka screams at Nagisa, who turns to look at him. "Yeah! Don't think I missed the look you gave me when he blew up the antidote! Screw your pity! Quit wasting your energy worrying about what's going on with other people and focus on you!" It's then that I notice how flushed Terasaka looks. He has the illness too. Not another one.... "The virus is a lie! I'll be fine! He's playing you for an idiot!"
"What are you saying? Are you sick?" Isogai asks.
"Murder is murder. Even with a piece of shit like this evil son of a bitch. He's not worth it! Give in to the bloodlust and your no better than him!" Terasaka yells.
"He's absolutely right Nagisa, listen to him. Killing this man won't solve anything. Blind rage is not a moral guide. In any event, he's likely bluffing about the antidote. We need only consult the poisoner downstairs. Do not stoop to Takaoka's level, simply render him unconscious." Korosensei says.
"Shut your damn mouth, your taking all the fun out of everything! If I'm gonna get the most out of this he's gotta come at me with the intent to kill! Part of the process is bloodlust unbound! He's got to feel it or I won't be able to properly humiliate him! How the hell else am I gonna patch up my self esteem?" Takaoka roars.
"Nagisa please. Pick up Terasaka's stun gun." Korosensei says. "Heed the words of a friend before you give credence to an enemy. Resist the anger. Weight your options. Question 'what in myself does this man have claim of?'" Korosensei says just before Terasaka collapses, Yoshida and Kimura rushing to his side.
"Terasaka!" Kimura exclaims.
"What the? Your as hot as a combustion engine." Yoshida says.
"How'd you make it so far like this?" Kimura asks.
"Who cares... Don't look at me, look at them..." Terasaka says as he weakly lifts an arm to point at Nagisa and Takaoka. "The octopus is half right. You ain't gotta resist the anger. You control it." Terasaka says to Nagisa, who's eyes briefly widen. Nagisa picks up the stun gun and shoves it in his belt. Then he fully stands up, holding the knife as his over shirt flys off of him, leaving him in his tank top.
"Oh ho ho. Don't we look vicious." Takaoka mocks as he also sheds his jacket.
"Question, sir. Why did Nagisa put the stun gun away?" Kayano asks as Korosensei sweats nervously.
"So your opting for the knife, good on you. I knew you'd see the light. Wanna know a little secret? I didn't blow up every vial of the antidote." Takaoka says as he holds up three vials. Chiba was currently trying to help boost Okano up onto the platform. "Now, either you come at me and yours pals keep a respectful distance, or what's left of their chances of survival go bye bye. Everyone infected will die!" Takaoka says, having caught Okano and Chiba. "Hear that Karasuma? It's just me and the boy! This stuff takes a month to cook up under ideal conditions. Now sure there's not enough for everyone, but saving some is better than saving none!"
