Tuesday morning

Jungkook's POV

"Ara isn't in her room" Jimin's words made me look at him with utter confuse.

"She must be downstairs" I mumbled before leaning on the bed.

"No! She isn't downstairs. I checked every room! Suga, joon and hobi is sleeping. And the kitchen is vacant. I checked the main door. It's locked from outside" Jimin confessed.

"No way!" I mumbled.

"You must haven't checked clearly," tae said.

"No! Go and check" tae raised his left eyebrow before jogging outside the room followed by me and jimin.

We tiptoed across the room to the corridor. It was eerily quiet in the house, not even the faint sound of a clock ticking could be heard.

We entered her room and silence greeted us.

"Ara! You there?" I asked knocking on her bathroom door. No reply. I twisted the doorknob as it flew open. The bathroom was empty.

"She isn't here" I muttered.

"What if she is in your rooms" tae said to me and jimin.

"Oh I didn't check there," jimin said.

We all walked to jimin's room and it was vacant too. Confused, we all jogged to my room, it was also vacant. We all shared looks before running downstairs, straight to the kitchen before switching the lights on. We scanned the whole kitchen and failed in finding her. Now we are supposed to check on hyung's rooms.

As jin's room is closed, she won't be there. Our next target was namjoon's room as his room was the closest to the kitchen after jin's.

We switched off the light before tiptoeing towards Joon's room.

We did our best at keeping quiet, aware that some of the guys were light sleepers and it would be extremely difficult to come up with an excuse as to why we are sneaking around the house.

I slowly opened Joon's door revealing a sleeping joon. We closed the door as we got no signs of ara being there.

We then walked to yoongi's room, which was surprisingly opened.

"Yah jimin! Why did you let yoongi's door opened?" I whisper yelled.

"It was already opened" jimin whispered back.

"He must've left it opened after checking whether we're sleeping or not" tae whispered.

We all peeked inside. And found a sleeping figure of suga wrapped with a blanket. I turned around and looked at tae and jimin before walking to hobi's room with great expectation.

I gulped before twisting the doorknob as hobi is the lightest sleeper among us.

We all peeked inside and found a sleeping hobi. My breath hitched as I saw hobi moving but soon sighed in relief as I heard slight snores. I closed the door before turning to tae and jimin.

"Didn't I told you! Look at the main door" jimin whispered.

We walked to the main door before twisting the doorknob. To our dismay, it was locked and the key wasn't there in the keyhole.
