"Bell take out those guns on the roof and balconies!" Adler shouted
"On it!" He responded, finding cover.
While everyone was focusing on the other enemies, Bell laid down on the ground behind a vehicle, steading his aim, calming his breathing, preparing to take the shot. Pow! He didn't waste any time watching the enemy sniper fall from the balcony of the abandoned compound as he moved to the next one. Pow! As one after the other fell, the sound of his sniper was almost deafening. It was a sound so loud, it almost replicated the sound of a tearing bedsheet, not to mention the toll it took on one's ears. After years of service, Bell learned to adapt to the sonic boom of snipers.
"Balconies and roof are clear!" Bell said over the comms as he began to reload his weapon. "Move up." They took cover behind stacks of sandbags and the columns of the building that was directly across from the compound.
"They're popping smoke!" Woods said as he threw a grenade, exploding a few enemies.
Bell was about to reload when he realized his ammo was nearly depleted. All he had left was his magnum pistol, and he knew that would only get him so far. He used up his remaining few bullets to instanly kill three enemy Tropas through their skulls.
"Bell, I thought you took care of the ones up top!?" Adler said harshly.
Bell diverted his attention away from the group of enemies leaving the rest of the team to finish most of them off. He noticed what Adler was talking about and saw that three enemy snipers had been stationed back on the roof of the compound.
"I did, those are just new reinforcements!" Bell said looking behind the column that separated him and and Adler.
"I dont care who they are or how they got up there, just get rid of them, now!" Adler  said, looking over to his right.
Nodding to Adler he set aside his Tundra and took out his Magnum from its holster. Still taking cover behind sanbags and one of the columns, he took a deep breath and mumbled to himself, " I got this."

Park who was to his immidiate right quickly realized what he was about to attmpt.
"Bell are you insane, that thing doesn't even have a scope on it.
"I don't need one." He replied, looking over to her.
"Are you even sure that what your about to do is even possible."
"Nope, thats why I'm eyeballing it." He said with a smile under his balaclava.
Before she could argue with him, he had already stood up and took his first shot taking out one of the snipers. And then the next. And then the last one. Within moments, they were all shot down as quickly as they came. Bell smiled to himself, not expecting his plan to be successful at all.

"Nice shots Bell." Lazar complimented him as they began to move up to the final gate.
"It comes naturally." He chuckled over to Lazar, a hint of false confidence in his voice.

After they moved up to the final gate, they quickly took out the last of their defences that were blockading the entrance to the compound. Forgetting that there was a small of friendly soldiers on this mission with them, Bell heard Adler speak to them over the comms.
"Captain take your men around back."
"Copy that." The captain replied, signaling his team around back.

Passing the main gate and entering the compound, Adler began to give more orders.
"Park take your team right." He ordered as he, Mason, and Woods took to the left.
"Copy." She replied.
"Remember team, we find hastings, we find the nuke, and we get out." Adler reminded everyone.

Before he, Lazar, and Park went into the next room, Bell recovered an AK-47 from one of the fallen corpses.
"What did these poor souls do?" Lazar asked observing the bodies of a few scientists.
"They finished their job" Park replied simply.
"And we have to finish ours. Come on let's get moving." Bell said, wanting to abandon the bloody scene.
As they made their way into one of the rooms, he noticed the cameras in the room. "Look, they've got closed curcuit cameras." He pointed out.

"We could use them to locate the bomb." Park suggested.

"Just as I was thinking." Lazar chimed in, agreeing.
Cautiously making their way through the compound, Park to notice of how silent the environment was. "Its quiet all of a sudden. Stay sharp." She warned the others.
Not long after, Bell heard footsteps that wern't theirs. Quickly stepping infront of his two team members, he held up a hand signaling them to stop walking. He nodded, giving them a signal to ambush them. He swiftly went around the corner first taking out one enemy while Lazar immidiatly followed taking out the second. "Nice work" He said to Lazar.
"It comes naturally." He teased Bell.
Eventually coming to the end of the hallway, Bell turned the corner first while the others were following behind him. He saw one of the scintists calling out to him for help.
"Help us! They're trying to kill us!" The man pleaded as he jumped the gate, trying to make his way to them. Bell quickly noticed the explosive mine the scientist was heading for. "No wait-!!" Bell screamed to the man, holding his hand out as if trying to stop the explosion.
"Is everyone alright?" Park asked as she and Lazar quickly rounded the corner.
"Yea, I am but the scientist..." He spoke with a pittied expression under his mask, still not taking his eyes off the dead body.
"We can't save everyone." She said as she noticed several other mines all around the courtyard. "Bell sweep for mines."
It didnt take him long to pick off the last mine blocking their path to the other side of the courtyard.  "Clear, just dont step anywhere except the walkway or you'll set off a mine and kill us all." He cautioned the others as he lead the way.
Reaching the other side, they saw enemies ready to kill them. "Contact!" Bell fired his weapon towards the right of the merky green water fountain in the center of yet another courtyard.
"Bell tale care of those to the right, Lazar get rid of those coming from in front of us." Park ordered as she fired shots to the left.
"Copy." They both said.

After they finished the enmies on the first floor they noticed more reinforcments taking defensive positions on the second floor. Bell noticed one enemy Tropa in particular holding a weapon larger than the others.
"RPG!" he warned the others. Luckily they had good cover behind columns and sandbags that the missle only  sturred up some dust in their eyes. "Lazar, once I throw my flash canister you pull the pin on that grenade and toss it up there!" Bell said looking over to his right.
"Got it!" Lazar replied, reading his grenade.
Bell peaked around one of the cloumns. "Throwing flash." He watched Lazar toss the frag and seconds later heard the explosion that took care of the RPG and several other enemies.
Lazar fended off the last enemy when they finally began to continue on their way. Growing closer to the security room, they took out the too guards who were stationed there with ease. Bell noticed a painting in the room and the awkward postion it was angled at. He looked behind it to find an even better version of his Magnum, the Redeemer. Getting bored of his AK-47, he attached it to his back and picked up the Redeemer, setting his Magnum back behind the painting.
"Get on the camera feeds Bell." Park called to him from the other room.
"Im coming." He replied, putting the devastating weapon in it's holster.
While Park and Lazar scanned the room for anything important, Bell grabbed their attention. "Theres Adler." He said, not taking his eyes off the screen.
"Mason, you missed one behind the counter." Park gave the other crew a heads up. Mason wacked the enemy with his weapon and finished him off.
"Thanks Park." Adler looked into the camera giving them a salute.

Bell kept flipping throught the security feeds, finding nothing but empty rooms.
"Keep looking." Park said.

"I am but-" Before he could finish his sentence, she cut him off pointing to the screen.
"There hold it." He paused the screen, showing a lab where Doctor Pershing and other scientists were prepping the nuke.
"Adler we have eyes on the nuclear device and.... hell, someone's killing the scientists!" She informed Adler over the comms. Bell watched as the armed man on the footage shot the camera, turning their screen to static.
"Where?" Adler quickly asked.
"Second floor, room 27B!" She responded.

"Second floor, room 27B." She repeated to the others. "Upstairs, lets move!"

"Maybe we can get there before Pershing bleeds out, if he isnt dead already." Bell thought to himself, as they breached the next set of doors.

Quick Authors note: Iv thought about doing a prequel story for Bell if this story works out well. It would explore who Bell was before he became Bell and before Alder and how he became alinged with Perseus. Iv also considered doing my own take on the rest of the campaign. Since I'm starting from the end of the campaign and moving forward, I could tie it in with this story. Let me know your thoughts, what you would like to see and what you wouldnt, Yeah or no?
