TW: Blood, torture, needle.

Asterin and Draco were sitting in Potions class when their arms began to burn suddenly. Asterin gasped and stood up, pushing her chair back at the sudden pain. She looked down at Draco whose hand twitched before they both looked to Professor Snape. He noticed Asterin gripping her arm and Draco putting up his walls - he knew what was happening.

"Get out of my sight if you are going to be disruptive!" He snapped and Draco quickly grabbed her hand to lead her out of the class.

"He never calls during school hours," she gasped before they Apparated to the Malfoy Manor.

"I know," he murmured in reply. If he called them during school hours, it wasn't going to be good.

The couple put up their blank masks before walking into the sitting room to see Voldemort waiting for them at the fireplace and Draco's parents sitting on the couch. They had grim looks on their faces.

"Ah! My young Death Eaters." Voldemort walked to them and put a hand on each of their shoulders. "I know you are in classes, but Severus ensured it was his class and I know he'll make up good reasons for your absences."

He turned away from them and went back to the fireplace. Draco and Asterin remained where they were after Lucius gave them both a warning look when they began to move forward.

"Christmas is next week, as I'm sure you know, and it was supposed to be the time you were going to finish fixing the vanishing cabinet," he started before turning to stare at the young Slytherins. "Which is why I have discussed it with your parents that you will not be returning home for the holidays."

Asterin almost, almost let her mask slip into disappointment, but feeling Draco's pinkie twitch and brush against her hand, she managed to keep it in.

"If you think that is best, My Lord," Asterin answered for them both. Voldemort clapped his hands and smiled.

"I told you they wouldn't argue, Narcissa. I understand you want your family together, but since students will be leaving Hogwarts it will give them both the perfect opportunity to fix the cabinet."

"Of course, My Lord."

"Now, for the real reason I called you two here." His face dropped the gleeful look and turned stony.

"I have been told Harry Potter and his friends have left Hogwarts."

Asterin's eyes widened a fraction and she could just barely hear Draco gasp.

"Please tell me this is not true because if it is, you two will be deeply punished for not notifying me."

Asterin didn't know what to say and Draco seemed to be a loss of words as well.

"Please, My Lord. We did not kn-" Asterin was cut off when Voldemort took out his wand and pointed it at her.

"Expelliarmus."

Asterin and Draco watched as their wands flew into Voldemort's hand before given to Lucius.

"Please, My Lord," Asterin tried again, but Voldemort glided towards her and held his wand underneath her chin.

"Crucio!"

Asterin screamed as her body fell to the ground, her back arching as the fiery pain burned through her bones.

"Did you think I wouldn't hear of it!?" He shouted down at her as tears streamed down her cheeks. "Crucio!" He yelled again. Asterin's body twisted and squirmed on the floor as she screamed again. When he moved his wand away, she laid there sobbing and staring at the fireplace.
