Where is Riddhima?

Vansh's pov

I heard Aaryan singing those lines and Siya giggling. I shot them a glare and marched downwards.

I saw Riddhima playing with Riva which lit my eyes. Mom coughed and I glanced towards her. She smirked and brought me towards temple arena.

We all did the Pooja together and mom tied a thread around Riva and Riddhima's wrist. The Pooja was for their well being. I smiled at my mother's thoughtfulness.

After dropping Riva to school, Riddhima and me reached hospital. She went towards her cabin and I marched towards mine. The day went boring after that. I didn't even got one glance of her. I wanted to see her. Only because I was worried, nothing else!

When it was lunch time, I decided to take Riddhima out to a restaurant for lunch. I walked towards her cabin, where I heard her laughter.

I moved closer, and stopped when I saw her with Dr Kabir. They were laughing and Riddhima was clinging over his shoulder. Then I noticed they were enjoying lunch together. Kabir was showing something to her in his phone while Riddhima was making him eat.

I clenched my fist and left from there. I came to my cabin and scattered the things lying on table.

Why was I so angry? I knew she never felt anything for me. It was just me who was making false assumptions. She just love Riva, that's it.

I don't know why but I couldn't control my anger anymore. I left hospital and reached home soon after my shift was over. I didn't even asked Riddhima, if she needs lift. Well, Kabir was there for her, why should I bother?

"Bhai. Where is Riddhima? We are waiting since half an hour.", I heard Siya's voice.

"Why would I know where she is? She must be working!", I shrugged and moved ahead.

Mom stopped me.

"What happened?"

"Nothing mom. I am just not feeling well. Please don't disturb me.", I said in irritation.

"Vansh, she said she will be coming with us for shopping. We called her an hour ago, she said she is free and she will come in half an hour. But she has not arrived yet.", Chachi said.

Now I was worried. If she said she is free then she could have come by now. Where is she?

I picked up my phone but before I could dial her number Aaryan interrupted.

"We have already called her. Her phone is switched off."

Ignoring his words, I dialed again and heard the same. Her phone was switched off.

Where are you Riddhima?

I was worried but then I recalled what I saw in hospital. She might be with Kabir. Probably he must have taken her out and she must have forgot to tell us. Yeah, she must be enjoying.

I thought and suddenly anger flushed in my veins.

"Papa. Dr Ma promised me that we will go to amusement park too. Where is she?", Riva said in despair.

If Riddhima promised to Riva, then she will never forget this. So where she is?

Without thinking more, I called Kabir. After talking with him, I got to know she left hospital as soon as she talked with Siya.

Oh god!! Then where is she?

Riddhima's pov

Today there was a small Pooja in the house for which I was told to wear traditional saree. After wearing saree, I just rushed downstairs. I was embarrassed like hell. I was almost going to kiss Vansh!

But Vansh didn't even made me feel uncomfortable. He simply asked to move out. Well, he never makes me awkward. I actually enjoy his company. He always treats me like I am also a part of his family.

And even this whole family! Anupriya aunty has prepared this Pooja especially for me and Riva. After what happened yesterday, she decided to give both of us a protection thread. Such a sweet woman she is! She never let me feel alone here. I even didn't miss my mother that much when she is around me.

And Ishani's void is filled by Siya, Aaryan and Angre. They all are really very good friends of mine. Yesterday night we enjoyed a lot.

In short, I am glad that I am living here with Vansh and his family.

My day was going great. I successfully completed my surgery with Anuj Sir and he told me to take a break. I went towards my cabin where Kabir was already sitting.

"Hi Kabir", I greeted him and he nodded. He came here because Anuj Sir asked him, he told me that.

He ordered lunch for us and we started chatting. He told me how Anuj Sir behaves in home. And I can't help but laugh at that. Seriously! I couldn't even imagine the perfect Dr Anuj, being a mess in home. Kabir told me he always scatters his things around and asks him for the same.

I also told him about my family and he heard my tales with pleasure. I felt an instant connection with him. He easily understands me and I also. It feels like I know him from before.

"You know, you behave like my sister sometimes.", He said and I laughed. Yes, even I was thinking this.

"Wait! You have a sister too?", I asked him and his face fell.

Probably it's something bad. I shouldn't have asked him that. I tried to boost the mood by showing him some photos of my family. Then he started showing me photos of Anuj Sir. We were laughing and eating all time.

Then I got Siya's call. She wanted to go to shopping with me. I promised Riva too and packed my things.

"You are leaving?", Kabir asked and I nodded after telling him what Siya said.

"Okay enjoy Riddhima.", He said and left.

I smiled at him. This day feels like a dream. So many happy moments! Everything's perfect. I miss mumma, papa and Ishani but still the new family I made here is filling their void. Kabir is reliable and is like an elder brother and Vansh.. Vansh is someone special.

I blushed at my thoughts and  moved outside. Yayy!! I am going for shopping.

I booked a cab and was waiting for it. Just then the car arrived and I sat inside it.

*Sighs* It's going to be fun!
