Chapter 3

"You!"

"Me?"

"Have you ever handled one of these weapons before?"

"Hmm? I don't know but one things for sure I've handled more knives than I can chop."

"I'd say your best be with this small sword."

"What are we doing here anyways?"

"We've come here to set you into your doom."

"What does that mean?"

*Raaghh kraa*

"Brace yourself. It's a herd."

What the heck was she thinking? I was surprised to see a herd of beasts with a horn like the rhino that stood straight as the early humans but not as surprised when I got stumped after the rampage.

"Don't you know what age your in?" I asked her that question because immaturity strikes her much as her attitude to me.

"Pardon me for leaving you? You should be thanking me that I have taught you something." She answered me strikingly.

"I have not known about this in thy jungle."

"Get used to it. There's more where that came from. You best be learning some or your gonna have to carry our stuff back to the village."

"Once we get there,I hope we never get to see each other again."

"You won't be."

I got back my weapon into my arms and learned to fight. My stakes were high since I am desperately in need to go home and also the fact that I might get punished by some kid who has dominance over her own feminine gender. Each fight I'd get knock back,lose my focus and miss my target while she provokes the beasts of this forest. As soon as we had done the training, she evaluated my performances on the training field.

"Bottoms up! We're leaving and you get to carry my stuff."

"Not fair! These stuffs is yours. There ain't no way I'm carrying it."

"Hey out there, I had to cover your weak skin from those creatures. You better carry those or your not coming with me. And yes I said it."

Guess I had no choice. If I'm ever going to get out I'm going to need everyone's help. At the brink of dusk,I was about to give into her insult. Alas,we have arrived and not a moment to soon.

"We are going in for the night. We shall continue to the other village."

"But this is an environment of a village."

"Don't you know a village when you see it?"

"You know from where I come from,we call those village with lots of houses,town buildings and churches a city. From the looks of it,this seems to fit for a village."

"Just so you,once we get there,we go our separate ways. Understood?"

"Sure but where do we stay?"

"I'll ask the tavern for rooms. I do the speaking around here."

"Fine."

"Good evening sir. Do you have extra barracks for me and my partner here."

"Sorry. Only one room left. You okay with that."(Clerksman)

"That's great enough the fees in here. Take it."

"So your gonna take the whole bed to yourself?"

"I get a bigger space than you."

"Hey! Your bed space must refer to your body width and length and from the looks of it,I need more space than you do."
